Michael came out to check my leaking skylights and did an overall check of my roof. He photographed areas of the roof requiring repair. I had his bid to replace the skylights and do the roof repairs the afternoon of his visit. Clint and Evert installed new skylights and performed the repairs. They were experienced, professional, competent and extremely hard workers. They arrived early in the morning and completed all work by the end of the day.
I wanted a company that oversaw the whole job. I wanted to make one call and pay by check at the end. That's exactly what I got. Michael measured the size of the skylights, ordered the skylights, delivery was made to Roof Crafters who then scheduled the repair. I didn't have to do a thing but pay at completion. The added bonus was all 3 men were personable and friendly in addition to being excellent at their jobs.

Roof Crafters has provided me with excellent service for years. They are always prompt, provide same-day estimates and quick service. They replaced the decking that had rot in it from an overhanging live oak and storm damage. My house is over 100 years old with heavy metal roofing-it is not easy to work on, but Clint and Evert had it looking great in just a few hours.

It is with full confidence that I recommend Louisiana Roof Crafters. I had the pleasure of working with Josh Olsen, Project Manager, an exemplary, knowledgeable, courteous and professional human. One of the many things that impressed me with Louisiana Roof Crafters was their ability to manufacture three specialty triangle roof dormer vents. Two competing roofing companies excluded this component from the scope of work because they couldn't produce it and subsequently submitted a below standard replacement. Louisiana Rood Crafters exceeded expectations. Thank you Louisiana Roof Crafters for providing excellent service. We are very pleased with our new CertainTeed roof system and triangle roof dormer vents.

Roof Crafters did a beautiful job on my new roof installation. Very professional workmanship with an impressive hardworking crew (superintendent Michael and crew chief Mario - thank you!). Michael Warren was a pleasure to work with. After they cleaned the yard up following completion of the job it looked better than it was before the work started. Roof Crafters came highly recommended and now I understand why. They have my highest recommendation.

I had roof damage from Hurricane Ida. My insurance company did not initially want to cover a full roof replacement. Brian with Roof Crafters helped me work with a second inspector from the insurance company to document the damage and get approval for a complete roof replacement. Brian also was helpful in providing information and pictures of various shingles installed locally to help me make a decision on roof color.
The crew that came to do the removal of the old roof and installation were punctual, professional, and careful. They did a great job and they ensured they picked up all debris and nails after the job. They also corrected some issues with a ridge vent that was too small and issues with a shed that was missing a drip edge. I was very impressed by this company and their personnel. I would highly recommend them to others based on my experience.

Sam the man who did the roof repair kept me Informed of ever step of the job to include a unexpected rotten wood issue. He sent pictures of the roof after completion because I don't live at that location. I would highly recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Very unhappy. They hurried to put a new roof on Wednesday 8/25. Ida hit us on 8/29/21. Scot came by to get the final payment. We had several shingles on the ground. My husband told him we needed the shingles replaced. I returned his call but he was putting a tarp on someone else's house and he would call me right back. As of this day, I have not heard a word. The extra roofing supplies are still in my front yard. Please have someone put the shingles back on and get the final inspection done and remove the left over supplies.

BRANDON my salesman was very knowledgeable, informative, and always had my best interest at hand. He and his team dealt with my insurance and got me the very best roof possible. When Waylon and his team arrived to install my roof, they got right to work and were very careful not to damage my property. They appeared very organized, efficient and skilled. I really appreciated the attention to detail as I am a detail person.
And when the job was done they cleaned everything up. Left things looking great. After they left I immediately mowed my grass to beat the rain and there were no nails in my lawnmower tires. Yaaa! I am very pleased. I love my new roof! Thank you Brandon, Waylon and team. Very kind and a pleasure to work with both of these gentleman. I highly recommend Roof Crafters for any of your roofing needs

We actually had multiple quotes on our roof replacement, while Roof Crafters wasn't the cheapest, they were willing to work with our insurance closely to get us the best deal. They also upgraded our roof so that it was better then what we originally had. Lastly, they listen to every concern we had and even figured out a way to safely hide the flashing on our roof. The results look great and we can now sleep well knowing we have a high rated roof over our heads.

My sales Agent was very thorough, did everything he said he would and got us scheduled earlier than originally scheduled. The installment crew left the site in better condition than prior to their work. I would definitely recommend this company and Glen Helsel. Communication with Glen was awesome as he kept us informed on everything that was going on on the site. The pictures of the site before and after installment was excellent. Thank you for a great experience.

I had Roofcrafters come and put on a new roof for me a couple of year ago and they were outstanding! Vickie and Brandon did a terrific job for me with tremendous service and care. Then, when it came time for my mom to get a new roof, I called Roofcrafters again and got more quality service. I highly recommend Roofcrafters.

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship! Our salesman, Chris Gaedke, was very thorough with his inspection of our roof. He explained everything to us, including materials, options, etc. He stayed in contact with us through the entire process. The crew manager and the crew were hard working, respectful, and kept everything neat during installation. Mickey kept us up to date on everything that was being done and made sure every question we had was answered. The communication that they keep with their customers really make them stand out from the rest. We will definitely recommend Roof Crafters to all our friends.

My wife and I were VERY pleased with the quality of work, their efficiency, and the professional manner in which we were treated with. This was our first time to deal with something of this nature, and Matt B. and his team walked us through the entire process. Complete roof replacement due to hail damage. Insurance covered the work being done. They showed up when they said they would and had the entire roof done in two days. They cleaned up very well and did not leave any nails or roofing debris. The roofing rep was very friendly and efficient and came out as soon as I called him for anything. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a roof done.

Roof Crafters provided excellent service. They were professional and prompt with service and did an excellent job. Chuck Magee met with the insurance adjuster and helped me throughout the process. There were many companies with signs in the yard but as far as I know this is the only local company which makes me feel secure with the warranty. The cleanup was excellent. I would definitely recommend their services.

Went great. Prop service with sales and their roofing crew. They have a special trailer that lifts up to the roof and can be driven around the house with no damage to your yard. Roof looks really good and they guys cleaned up great. My house looks looks like a new home. I have had many complements on new roof.
