Home Evolution Roofing is awesome! My wife and I were due for a new roof and we started looking into roofing companies recommended by friends, family, and neighbors. We received 4 different quotes from 4 different companies. Home Evolution wasn't the cheapest and not the most expensive but we both felt they offered the best value and quality for a fair price. Alex came to give us a quote and set up the deal and he was thorough, honest, not pushy for a sale.
He was easy to work with and gave us a great deal on a new roof for the house and our shed and replaced our gutter guards. The roofing crew was efficient, on time, and delivered a new roof in a day. The foreman Ben was personable and communicated with me every step of the way. Showed me pictures of the progress. Andre arrived two days later to put on the gutter guards, and they were in and out in a couple hours. Andre was very personable as well.
Everyone we met from this company made you feel like the customer is first and they are there to take care of you and your house. I'm probably set for the next 30 years, but I won't hesitate to call these guys back when we are due again.

We had a new 50yr roof installed today by today by Home evolution and could not be happier we decided to use them, the price was about what we envisioned it would cost plus 2 replacement skylights, Ed the sales rep was prompt for our scheduled meeting to go over our needs. He was transparent in what they offered both in price and what products they use. The Crew of 6 showed up on time and went right to work first with protection (I had concerns about the Hudson River along our property being polluted from debris) then removal of the old roof, Dimitri the foreman assigned to our project was engaging and knowledgeable about the project addressed all the hurtles that came up (plywood and 1x roof substrate replacement) without skipping a beat. Got the roof replaced in 1,11 hr day! I would recommend evolution roofing to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Home Evolution has been my go-to roof-related team for the past 6+ months. From my first call, I was treated respectfully, professionally and kept in the know. Most recently, our home in Guilderland sustained fascia damage from a wind-storm. Ivan provided a proposal on the spot and ensured me that the team would be in contact to schedule and make the repair. I was contacted the day before the repair, then again this morning when the team showed up to begin the work. Andre took the extra time to evaluate some potential issues with my roof and provided some insight on what to do. The fascia was repaired quickly and efficiently and I'm very happy with the outcome! THANK YOU!

We were well satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The initial rep, Ed inspected our roof and showed us videos and then went over options with us. We were impressed with the quality of all the materials. Leo kept us up to date on the scheduling. The day of, the crew arrived on time and were done with everything, including a thorough clean up by 4:00. Andre, the foreperson went above and beyond. Recommend to our Albany neighbors. Two others on our block are using Home Evolution this spring.

Home Evolution was very responsive to us in repairing wind damage to our roof. They came out very promptly and provided the estimate quickly. Work was done efficiently and professionally. While on our roof, they found and sealed some cracks in our chimney at no extra cost. Andre was excellent, and communicated with us throughout the repair. Vasily handled the estimate, interim tarping, and scheduling very well.

My service was masonry chimney repair. I contacted Home Evolution after not being able to find a mason to repair my two stone chimneys. Home Evolution had someone to my house and handed me a quote within days of me first reaching out to them. Concerned about winter temperatures coming, Home Evolution squeezed my job in. Isaiah, the mason on the job was the best, his work ethic and honesty to me as the customer was a blessing, traits rarely seen these days. Isaiah does beautiful work and is extremely knowledgeable about masonry work. I am extremely pleased with how my chimneys look and relieved to know that Home Evolution will guarantee this work for the years to come.

Even fixed some extra little problems for us! We'll definitely be calling them back for other projects!

Our home is 21 years old and we still had the original roof. When a guy from Home Evolution knocked on our door we decided to get the free inspection. We scheduled the inspection and Vincent came out a few days later. I was impressed with Vincent. He is a nice young man who showed me a video of our roof and explained what he found. We knew we would need a roof either now or in the near future. Based on the video we decided not to wait. Vincent thoroughly explained the roofing products they use, the warranty, what's included, time frame, and history of the company.
He was knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. The scheduling manager called and put us on the schedule even sooner than expected! The shingles were dropped off the day before. The roofing team started showing up around 7:15 AM and stayed until the job was done about 6 PM. They were very nice, thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. The new roof looks great!

I hired Home Evolution to replace my roof and 3 skylights. I was very pleased with the excellent workmanship, the efficiency and the entire estimate process. I interviewed three other companies and the cost was comparable , however Home Evolution offered so much more. They took pictures of my roof to show what needed to be done, they draped tarps over the bushes and decking to keep things clean. They completed the entire project in one day and I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank you !

Our new roof, effacing, soffit, and gutters look great - picture perfect. They graciously addressed any and all concerns we had. They worked until they knew we were 100% satisfied with their products and services.

Alex came to our house. Our house is about 17 and half years old. We looked into whether to repair or replace the roof. He gave the advantages to both. And we felt he was happy to go either way. He also made the time to meet convenient to my husband and me. He video taped the roof and showed us what he saw and explained it . We decided to replace. The foreman also was very good and conscientious. And the workers were efficient and polite and did a good job. Very happy with the entire experience.

I was so impressed with how quick it took. I have a colonial home and yet my entire roof was done in a day, which is what they told me. It looks great and they cleaned up very well, which is important with little ones running around. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Had my roof replaced by Home Evolution. They did a great job. Arrived on time and the new roof was on and done by 3 pm the same day. Great workers who are committed to doing the best job possible and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. I would rate them a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Will definitely be using them again for my garage roof when the time comes. I will also be recommending them to others who need roof replacement.

We replaced our 20 year old roof. The workmanship was excellent and fast. The owner, Alex, took time to explain the different material choices and ensure that installation would be efficient and to our wants. The installation was next day after material delivery and started early morning. The work was completed by early afternoon. We now have a new roof. Would highly recommend.

We initially had a lot of trouble getting the work started on our home and there was a lot of miscommunication. After a personal phone call apologizing and explaining the difficulties of hiring a 3rd party asbestos company, I understand why it took such a long time. When they did show up the work was done in less than half a day and done well.

These guys are amazing. We bought our house in September only to be told by our lovely insurance company a month later that if we didn't replace the roof, they would be terminating our coverage. They gave us 30 days to get it all done. Igor came out to our house, gave us his presentation and quote and promised us that they would get our roof done by our required deadline. Their quote was reasonable and we couldn't be happier that we went with them.
There was some rescheduling due to weather, but in the end, they got everything done in two days and the house looks amazing. They showed up at sunrise and didn't stop until the sun went down. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping us out of a jam, Home Evolution!

Home Evolution installed complete vinyl siding including soffits with custom framing as necessary, plus metal wrap of trim and fascia. The job was complicated by various poor construction choices by various owners over the years. Preparing the house involved the solution of more than a few carpentry problems. Home Evolution was able to tidy up all of those issues and produce an attractive, clean job for siding and trim. Leo and his crew were great to work with. They did a quality job. Highly recommended.

We were impressed so much with the just the presentation of the quote. Igor was highly informative. The Roof came out amazing also!!!! Crew were neat and efficient! We Highly recommend Home Evolution

I didn't actually have any work done, but if I were going to, I would absolutely go with Home Evolution. Let me start by saying that I've spent roughly $10k on my very small roof over the years trying to stop ice melt from coming in and staining my ceiling. Six years ago, a different roofing company placed ice and water shield as part of my roof replacement, but I still get ice dams and leaking. I called Home Evolution and Alex came out to take a look and his honesty is what makes me wish I'd known about this company years ago.
He offered to replace the existing water shield with a better brand, but advised that there was only a 50% chance that it would work because of my vaulted ceilings, which are attached to adjoining townhouse roofs. His recommendation was to install heating cables instead, which I will likely do. Thank you, Alex, for your honest assessment of the situation, and if I ever need roof work, I will be calling Home Evolution.

From the moment Alex came over for the estimate to the final moments with Dave, we couldn't have been more pleased with our new roof. The entire crew was on time, courteous, professional and worked extremely hard! They worked incredibly neat and there wasn't a piece of debris to be had on our lawn. We will most definitely do business with them in the future when we change our siding!
Paul Ruddy
My neighbor had a new roof and siding installed by Home Evolutions and it looked great, I got their number from a lawn sign after the work was completed. The estimate was equal to or lower than other contractors that had inspected our roof. Igor suggested we contact our ins co as we had severe wind damage, he helped with the claim and met with their adjuster. None of the others companies suggested we do this.
Claim was settled, premium materials and installation completed on time and the work from start to finish was nothing less than outstanding, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
