Jake and Mike were very helpful with everything we needed it to get our roof done since the beginning of our project. Their crew came on time and did everything stated in the contract. We could see every step being done in our roof with their live timeline website provided by them and they cleaned everything after they finished. Me and wife are very impressive with their professionalism and are very happy with our brand new roof and experience. Thank you very much.

Mike is a genuine and honest person. He was highly recommended to me as I was looking for a second opinion. I called him when another company told me I needed a very expensive roof and it was time sensitive. Mike came over right away to look at my roof (actually within the hour). To my surprise, he told me I didn't actually need a roof (or at least not right away). And sent me pictures of what my roof looked like.
When have you ever had a contractor tell you that you didn't need work done. He did say I should look into it in a year or so and gave me a very reasonable quote, almost 1/3 of the price the first company gave. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and not just trying to make money when it was not imperative that I did the work right away. I will definitely use Mike and his company when it's time for the new roof and also recommend to my friends and family. He was very responsive, informative and took the time to explain the details after he visited. I can't say enough good things.

Rapid Restore had redone the roof on my neighbor's house down the street, so I gave them a call for an estimate. I spoke to Joe, and the price seemed very fair to me. Mike recommended Estate Gray (good choice). The crew showed up at 7:00 AM and completed the entire job in only a few hours. Quick, clean, and professional. Very Happy. Services: Roof installation, Roof damage repair, Attic venting installation, Fan installation

Joe and Mike were always easily accessible to discuss any plans and Brett was great the day of the install, keeping us updated with photos throughout the day. The work was done in a day which was amazing! It came out beautiful and it is so nice not to have anymore leaks! I've already recommended them to a friend.

My wife and I have been dreading getting our roof replaced, but we knew it had to be done. We had several people refer Rapid Restore to us, so we gave them a shot.boy are we glad we did. Not only was their price the best but they treated us the best as well. From the salesman, to the guys in the office, to the foreman on duty the day of our appointment, they were all very professional and accommodating.
They even hung a couple of flowerpot holders we had in the back that my wife had been wanting to get up. Not something they had to do but they did it for us anyway. I would recommend if you are in need of a new roof.

From start to finish Joe and his team were unbelievable! Prompt response time and so patient and helpful with all of our questions. Our roof was damaged in a storm and even before we signed a contract Joe was nice enough to get on my roof and tarp up the space that was leaking since more rain was expected. Not only did they give the best estimate (out of 5 that I received) they were on time for install, professional, Angel had communicated with me the entire day with updates and the team left my yard immaculate when they were done! The entire roof (down to the plywood) was replaced and complete in just one day! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I just had a new roof put on my home by Rapid Restore and like another reviewer said, "If I could give then 10 stars I would." We have had several contractors work on our house and none could match the service, quality, and professionalism of this company. Everyone that we dealt with was a pleasure to work with. The job looks great and the crew left my property as clean as can be. Kudos from a very satisfied customer.

Service was AMAZING! Cleanup was thorough and everyone was kind and courteous. We had a small issue in that a small piece of our old roof came through a wall in our living room. Angel investigated, repaired the wall, and color matched the paint. The wall looks great and the roof looks amazing. Planning to use them again to redo the siding, too. Highly recommend.

The whole process was seamless and stress free. The owner Joe came and gave me a detailed estimate. He explained exactly what he planned on doing, thus justifying the price he gave me. He kept in touch with me and layed out a plan moving forward. His team arrived and started working right away. They worked swiftly and diligently, and did a great clean up. I watched the whole process, and had no idea how much of a mess replacing a roof could be. Thankfully Joes team had great attention to detail and removed every piece of scrap off my yard. By the end of the day I had a beautiful new roof with a lifetime warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Would highly recommend.
