Permanent Roof put new roofing paper on the Spanish tile roof and on the flat roof portion of my house about 30 years ago. I've had no problems with it. Flat roofs don't last that long, so they've come to redo that portion. I recently had the house tented to fumigate for termites and they came out to fix broken tiles afterwards. They took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. Nice people. Easy to work with. Then they ruined it by asking me to leave a review on Yelp.;

We just had Scott and crew out to fix a persistent roof link close to our chimney and skylight - the experience was top notch. Charlie, the roofer and his crew were so great to have at our house. They are polite, careful, not intrusive and go far beyond the call of duty. We saw before and after photos of the repair, husband and I are very impressed. Finally, we can look forward to rain rather than dreading hearing the drip, drip of a leak.

Scott and the entire team were great! They're very busy so there was a bit of a wait to schedule the work. But they kept in touch and let me know what was going on. The actual work was well done and the entire crew was terrific, taking care to protect our home and property. I recommend them highly!

We LOVE this company. These guys are total pros who know how to install a roof you can have confidence in. Permanent Roof replaced our entire roof, they were on time, professional, clean and friendly. We selected a light grey roof and the first week we noticed a dramatic reduction in our A/C bill. This is not some fly-by-night company who will be gone in 6 months, PW has been around for decades, their standard of work is impressive and the owner is a good guy who will stand by his work.
