This is from Linda's Husband Sam. Our chimney cap had blown off exposing the opening now subject to possible rain damage. Service man Ismael came and inspected the problem and informed me that they don't usually repair chimney caps. I showed him the metal cap that my grandson had rescued from the lawn. Since I'm disabled and can't walk outside, I didn't know about it and what to do. Better Roofing recently did an excellent job repairing other wind damage on the roof. I was beyond happy how they repaired everything. When I called this time and fortunately, for me they sent Ismael out. After seeing my distress, he offered to help. We found 4 metal screws that could anchor the cap on the chimney from ones I had on hand. He used my drill and he searched my toolbox and found the right socket to match the screws, then he went up and took care of it in a jiffy. For me he went above and beyond what I expect most service people to do. What a relief. Then it rained today. I don't think he knew how important what he did was for this old guy. Thank you.

Better Roofing Company is the way to go! They responded quickly, thoroughly analyzed the issue, and identified the problem right away. Ismael was sent out to handle the repairhe was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. He made sure everything was clean before leaving, and the work comes with a one-year guarantee. I would highly recommend Villareal Roofing. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give 5 stars for Gilbert Jr. and his crew who recently completed a job for me. Gilbert was very accommodating and was able to fit my roof repair into his tight schedule. They were very thorough, professional, and made repairs not initially seen in the initial inspection/estimate. They kept you apprised of what was going on.

We had a leak in our roof from the turbine seal being cracked. We called other companies but they all were busy or didn't call back. This company called me back and said they would be out in a couple of hours. Gilbert had it fixed and sealed right away and also told us how to repair the staiin on the ceiling.

I hired this company to upgrade my roof to cement tiles after the big fires a couple years ago. He and his crew were very, very professional and receptive to all our concerns. They were, and remain to be, accessible for any roofing concerns. For example, I used them to install skylights. Highly recommend them.
