Roof Installation
Our roof installation services deliver long-lasting protection using premium asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and PVC membranes. Each project follows a structured five-step process including substrate repair, underlayment installation, and ridge vent integration. We guarantee watertight results with manufacturer-certified materials that enhance property value and energy efficiency.
Roof Repair
Specializing in urgent leak repairs and storm damage restoration, our team responds promptly to prevent structural deterioration. Services include flashing replacement, ice dam removal, and chimney leak repairs. We prioritize emergency cases with same-day assessments and immediate temporary protection solutions.
Gutter Installation
Custom-designed gutter systems prevent foundation erosion and water damage through precision installation. Our process includes bracket placement, seamless gutter assembly, and downspout configuration. We use corrosion-resistant materials with integrated leaf guards to minimize maintenance requirements and ensure proper water drainage.
Metal Roofing
Durable metal roofing solutions include standing seam panels and corrugated steel systems. Our GAF-certified installers provide 23+ year lifespan protection against extreme weather. Commercial clients benefit from energy-efficient cool metal options that reduce HVAC costs while maintaining structural integrity.
Roof Cleaning
Professional roof cleaning eliminates moss, algae, and debris buildup that compromises shingle integrity. Using low-pressure washing techniques, we restore energy efficiency while extending roof lifespan. Annual maintenance packages include comprehensive inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.

Even though I didn't know them we hired them because their budget was the best. Surprisingly they manage to do the job very quick. We had to change several things during the project but they fulfilled all of out requests. The quality was very good. My dad has 30 years of roofing experience in Minnesota and he was impressed with their technic. I hope not to hire them soon because that would mean my roof fell down, but if I had, I would give them a call. I recommend for sure!

Roofing Formula LLC repaired my roof, and the done a great job! I'm very pleased and happy to provide them with a review because they done exactly what they said they would, and unlike other experiences I've had with contractors, the price I paid was the same as the one the quoted before work began. I had three companies come out for inspections of my roof. Roofing formula was by far the most thorough and professional. They had a very reasonable price and performed outstanding labor. I essentially had my roof replaced as well as insulation installed, and they did a perfect job. They also fixed all the venting issues in my roof. I would highly recommend the roofing formula if you are looking for a reputable company to perform work on your home.
They were very quick, clean and they did a fantastic job. Victor was extremely helpful in helping me pick the correct materials and look for my new roof. I will definitely be returning to them if I have any issues in the future.
