The Roof Doctor

First, let me start by saying that as a new resident to Washington, I was quite taken aback by the huge differences in roof pricing. I had gotten quotes ranging from 19.5k to 62k for a 38sq roof. When I contacted Roof Doctor, they sent Colton out to do the estimate. He spent a good amount of time inspecting the roof before coming up with a number, (some didnt even send anyone out..just sent me a bid based on satellite pics and exorbitant fees for anything not covered in the bid). When I told Colton I didnt want Pabco but wanted Malarkey Legacy SC shingles (much higher rated..and quite a bit more expensive), he quickly adjusted his bid to cover the added expense and even ordered the product before I had accepted the bid, ostensibly to avoid paying the upcoming tariffs and passing that on to us. We thought the price was good, (they added on 3 skylight replacements as well as our "she-shed" to the scope of work and still kept the costs down). His crew came out the following monday and had the roof fully complete 2 1/2 days later, (finally had some clear skies for a change). I didnt get the Foremans name, unfortunately, but he and his crew were excellent, to the point of where I had pointed out a small cosmetic issue with the skylights, he quickly came up with a solution and took care of it.

I've heard mixed things about this company but am truly happy that I hired them to get this done. I would highly recommend Roof Doctor, Colton and the crew that did the work to anyone in Lewis county that needs it done.

I had an excellent experience working with Manuel at The Roof Dr. in Chehalis. He removed an old satellite dish that had been leaking into the garage. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also went the extra mile by returning months later to recheck it and make sure there were no new leaks coming through. That level of care and dedication is hard to find!
From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in the process.

His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were evident throughout the project. The work was excellent, and the team left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers, but Manuel exemplifies that.

We received excellent and prompt service when I called this business and asked for our roof to be inspected and remove moss collected on the shingles. Manuel's team fixed the facia of my gable this week. Also checked the drainage on my carport and secured the metal sheet. They were nice while here and finished the job in a few hours.

Their work was great! They stuck to business and cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job--first light to nearly dark--they finished in one day.

We have had two roofs done by Roof Doctor and have been extremely pleased with the work! They were so efficient like watching a swat team!

Roof was installed quickly cleanup was good. They responded to issues that needed attention.

The crew showed up on time and started working right away. Within an hour all the old roofing was off and several areas of rot uncovered and pointed out to us. Since they were here we had them replace areas of rot and install a solar tube. By 4 pm the roofing job and repairs were completed. Additional crews showed up and cleaned up all the materials from our yard.

Very pleased, the minute they showed up they were on the roof. It was Valentines day and I asked about what time they would done and Ken said about 2:30 or 3:00, they were done at 1:30 ,Ken had 4 more guys come over to finish up because rain. I just happen to have homemaid heart cookies and gave all of the crew one, they were happy and so was, I thanked them because I had Valentines reservation s at 4:00 out of town.Thank you Ken Slater and team.

Gail is very kind and gladly to help out directing people in the right direction to arrange things and has a good sense of humor work done is excellent. nice company to work with getting your roof fixed.

We were absolutely blown away by the great way The Roof Doctor treated us from start to finish. Their customer service, quality of work, professional conduct, and competitive pricing are what sets them apart from the other roofing companies we chose not to hire. From arrival to departure, the crew was finished with my 3000 square foot roof in less than eight hours and they cleaned up all the tear off, nails, cleaned out the gutters, and even swept up the grit from the old shingles off our deck.

Ken treated me extremely well and exhibited an uncommon fairness and honesty that I don't see often among many contractors.
