After giving Dills the one-star review below in October, Ryan Dils contacted me, listened to my concerns and, importantly, acknowledged responsibility and shortcomings by their staff. He offered to make things right if needed in the future. He exemplified a sincere professional work ethic that I could consider in the future. I wish them well and believe my project might have been an exception to their company standards.

Dils is the only authorized roofer in my HOA and they know they have no competition in my complex. I contacted them to schedule their HOA-required roofing inspection and sealing for after I had a Solatube installation. The rep for our complex apparently forgot he would schedule an appointment and the company had no record of my request. After multiple calls to the company, the supervisor (I think) eventually had someone come out but he left behind sealant and a bucket on our patio. Their attitude left much to be desired. I'm not even comfortable that their job was professional but we'll find out when the rains come. I've reported my experience to our HOA office and hope it matters.

These are the roofers you want to choose. Extremely professional and good at their jobs. Entire team (management to workers) are first rate. Great quality work, they don't cut corners or rush to the finish line to just get paid. They did the job how it should be done even if it takes a day or so longer.

I'm on the board of our HOA. I'm consistently impressed with Dils Roofing. The people there are excellent at customer service -- and they make taking care of us a priority. They communicate well, they're proactive. We're never wondering about the status of our projects. Beyond all that, the quality of the work seems terrific. We feel that when Dils does the project, it is done right!

Excellent work and good people to work with. Once they got started, the job was completed in a timely manner. It's a noisy process, but we were able to stay in the house when they were working. We did have them re-use many of the old tiles, which kept the cost down a bit. I do think they should have cleaned the old tiles even if it cost extra.

We had a great experience using this company, Chris was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. He quickly sent help over to stop some leaks while we waited to get on the re-roofing schedule. Dils carefully removed solar panels during the process and carefully put them back after completing a very professional job. We cant thank them enough for the care and concern they had for our situation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DILS ROOFING AND SOLAR!

Ive never written a review before, even though I have carefully scrutinized companies first for any particular project over the past 10 years or so before selecting a company I felt comfortable with. My experience with Josh, Armando, and their crew at Dils Roofing and Solar was so different that I was compelled to write a review.
Every person that I had contact with throughout the project was always extraordinarily professional, helpful, thorough, patient, and courteous.
It seemed like I had fallen into some kind of time warp back to the fifties, when that kind of approach was the norm.
If you are searching for a truly outstanding company for roofing and solar, save yourself a lot of time and grief, and choose these guys. Unreal.

Great experience! Went to them to inquire about solar. They were the best priced and they had even better service. Every person we spoke to and interacted with was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with a great attitude. We are in process of buying our first home and hired Dils Roofing to help us with our roof inspection and wow - we are so impressed! As first time home buyers, this process has been overwhelming but they walked us through every part of the process and made us feel included and answered all of our questions! Their knowledge is extensive and they were very professional and timely as they were able to inspect the roof and provide us with an extensive report with quality pictures within 24 hours. When we had follow up questions, they made everything easy to understand and offered the best prices for the work. They also educated us on solar should we choose to do that in the future. I contacted Dils to provide a roof inspection where I had installed an antenna. Their representative called ahead and was on-time. He was fast but thorough and identified a challenge that had to be dealt with. He also immediately proposed an inexpensive solution and followed up within 20 minutes to discuss. I found Dils to be exceptional and will definitely use them again!

We just bought a house and hired Dils Roofing to inspect the roof. They were very thorough and super nice when they answered our many questions regarding roof repairs, roof replacement timeline, and benefits of installing solar when our roof needs to be repaired. The inspection report was sent to us within a day and all the photos they included were super helpful! Their price for roof repairs was the best we saw and will be hiring them again to come out and seal things up for the next few years before the roof needs to be replaced. Definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs!!

Dils Roofing came out to inspect my older roof which needed some attention. They provided genuine service and re-assured my concerns. They offered temporary maintenance solutions until I am ready to replace my roof entirely and educated me on proper roof care. I will be contracting them for some necessary fixes in the meantime! They were also on time and easy to communicate with.

After we identified a roof leak on our home, we reached out to our friends and neighbors for recommendations for a good roofing company. We received a recommendation for Dils Roofing. We immediately contacted them and got an appointment scheduled for an estimate.
Ryan Dils came out, on time, and gave us an estimate. We paid a deposit and the rest is history. From beginning to end they did a great job. If you ever need any roofing work done, we highly recommend them.

Just got a new roof from Dils Roofing! The workers were at my house bright and early each day and efficiently and professionally completed the roofing.
They cleaned up around the house at the end of each day and courteously responded to our questions and inquiries. I loved the little magnetic box they used to pickup nails and screws that were on our driveway at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Dils Roofing to anyone needing a new roof!!!!

We gave Dils Roofing a call after receiving multiple recommendations from friends in the area and I'm so glad we did. They set an appointment the same week to inspect our roof and sent over a contract shortly after. The workers that installed our new roof were a pleasure to have around and cleaned up at the end of each day. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their roof fixed right. Great people to work with.
