I had my roofing and siding done by Refined about a week ago and Im so ecstatic about the results! Nic and Jimmy were extremely helpful and responsive with any questions I had, to make sure everything was done, and ultimately to make sure I was happy with the end result. I can say Im really impressed with the work their team did. Not only did the quality of the work exceed my expectations, the clean up was very meticulous! I appreciate the work and would highly recommend them.

We just had our roof replaced by Refined Home Services. The experience was great, from the initial contact through estimate and completion of the job. The team was incredibly responsive -- called back immediately with each query! - and the crew that did the work was careful, efficient, and super. Cleaned up all debris, got rid of chimney and stove pipe as well. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to the great team, and Nic in particular.

We used refined when we needed some roofing work prior to our solar install.
Refined did a great job on the roof. Unfortunately, come winter we had a small issue with one of our upstairs bathrooms venting properly, leading to moisture in our attic.
Refined came back out to examine the issue and while mother nature threw some weather related curveballs that impacted scheduling they quickly addressed.
Eric and Isiah were great through the process.

We had an excellent experience with Refined Home Services. Dave came to my home to do the estimate and we had the quote within a day and it was very fair. He was polite and professional and started my experience off on the right foot.
The crew showed up the next week to start the work and they were quiet and incredibly hard working. Ricky was the foreman and he was available to answer any question I had during and even after the job was done. He was a real pro and very polite and responsive. Big kudos to him.
I also had a great experience with Karen who was there to help get a couple of punch list items done for me quickly and professionally. The whole team from start to finish was a joy to work with and I work with a LOT of contractors. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or for any of their other services.

First: Top notch quality. The team was done in a day and completed all work as agreed upon, and the roof looks wonderful.
Second: Super professional. Very communicative every step of the way and made the process seamless for us.
Third: Great value. They werent the cheapest quote, but the cheap companies were clearly not professional or responsive. However, we did also get higher (thousands of $ higher) quotes from comparable companies that were clearly ripoffs. We had companies come back trying to match refineds price - which felt very icky.

I cannot say better things about refined home services on the job they did on my house. Whole house had cupped cedar shakes. I figured replacement would be an expensive night mare.
Gino came out and did a walk around took measurements and got me an estimate within 2 days. At a price point that couldnt be beat to strip and reside the whole house in vinyl siding. With making any repairs needed along the way.
His crew showed up and crushed the install. They were done from top to bottom in 5 days. Everything was done perfectly as described and with all the cedar that came off the house my yard was spotless.
Cannot recommend Gino and his crew enough after the open communion, fast turn around, attention to detail, and price point. Highly recommend this company for their skill set and will be using them for any projects moving forward.

I wanted to send out this review for anyone that's considering having their roof done. Whether it's a simple modification or a complete roof, as in my case, this crew is absolutely amazing!!
From Gino, to Rick and of course Karen, to the most professional crew I've had the pleasure of dealing with, you will be amazed at the workmanship and effort put forth by all. These guys were here at 7am and stayed until 5:30 two days in a row. They had to completely rebuild my roof from the rafters up and would not and did not stray from their concern for our safety and the longevity of the roof. They are awesome and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The pricing was below my expectations and the work ethic was way above my expectations.YOU GUYS ROCK AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS!!!

Best company ever! I contacted refined to replace my roof and build a deck at my house they came right out, got me an estimate the next day and completed the work on time and as promised. Clean up was done throughout the entirety of the project, no nails, no damage, great communication! we are very happy with the service we received, and will be contacting them again in the spring to do the windows and siding!
