This company is a rare gem. They are well-priced, punctual, and so ridiculously fast. I referred them to probably 8 other customers at this point who have since contracted with them, and all those folks have been thrilled with their services! They are a 4th generation roofing company with some serious chops.

The Total Roofing team & Mike Taylor exceeded my expectations on my roof replacement project last week. The team replaced two roof surfaces - one slate & one asphalt - on my 200 year old home with care & expertise. The entire process was exceptional - from the initial site visit, Mike was knowledgeable, communicative, & professional. On the day of the project, Mike was on site overseeing his talented team as they worked. The crew completed the project in just one day & left the property cleaner than it was when they arrived. I got four quotes before going with Total Roofing & am so glad I did. Could not recommend Total Roofing more highly!

I spent more than a year trying to find someone to help me replace the roof of an outbuilding on my property that had half of it covered in broken slate and the other half in rubber membrane. Nobody would return my calls and the few that did had prices so outrageous that I simply couldn't afford to do the project.

I started to get desperate and call everybody I could and was shocked when after sending an email to Mike he showed up at my property the next day to look at the roof! I had 2 other companies come out that week and received a total of 3 quotes.

One quote I received came in at 200% more and stated that I must dispose of the old slate and clean up their mess for them, and the other was 600% more expensive! YES, 600%! These other companies came in and saw my beautiful property and tried to take advantage of me. I've had more than 10 roofs replaced on previous properties so I knew what was fair and kept looking for an honest company. I was glad I did!

Mike and his crew showed up at 8:00am on a Saturday morning and were gone by early afternoon. I haven't seen such a friendly and professional crew in such a long time and it was a breath of fresh air.

They brought new life into my building and saved it from another winter of water intrusion. They got it done at a fair price with a professional crew. The mess was completely cleaned up and they even let me put the entire transaction on a credit card so I get 30 extra days to pay.

Don't even hesitate to use Mike, Denise and their crew. You won't get a better people doing quality work, on time and on budget.

What an amazing, high quality company. Did my roof in a day! Very experienced crew and was communicative during the whole process. Seemed as if they were not even there, thats how clean they were as well. Very compatible pricing in a good way. Worth every penny to ensure the job was done right the first time! Highly recommend to anyone needing their roof done. They are also doing our addition, which is a metal roof. Family owned business, Mike was above all expectations of professional and courteous. I have only "Great" Things to say about Mike, Denise and their Crew. They are Everything you would want in a Contractor. I will be 80, next year and can honestly say they are One of the "Very Best", with which I have ever dealt over the many years. Being out of state we had to do all communication over the phone. Mike was patient, cordial, very knowledgable. and gave great advise.where needed He completed my job quickly, professionally and at a Very Fair Price. I am extremely Happy with the workmanship, and plan to Use Mike and Total Roofing & Service again in the spring for a second project. If you are looking for a Reliable Contractor, look no further. I had a fantastic experience with Mike and crew. I shopped around for 5 quotes, and they were the second most affordable (but within 1% of the lowest quote I obtained); however, for me the big selling point was unlike everyone else I got a quote from, they were able to complete everything in one day. Mike was very patient with all my questions and listened to my concerns from first phone call to wrap up. Absolutely everyone that I interacted with during the job was respectful and friendly. Everything was cleaned up after they were done, and the roof looks great. I can't recommend them enough.

I was a first time homebuyer that desperately needed a roof and Mike and his team did a fantastic job on my roof at a reasonable price and in only one day. Denise was wonderful to work with through all the planning as well as helping me through the financial aspect. Things didn't exactly fall right into place on my part, but they were so patient and kind the whole way. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Mike and his crew for any residential roofing job. He was quick to provide a detailed estimate that described everything that would be done as well as what materials would be used. They were a little slow getting started, but this was probably weather related. Once they did start, the job was completed within two days. They did an excellent job and clean up was thorough. I can't really comment on the price in that I don't really know what is reasonable. All I can say is that this is a reliable and professional outfit, and it's worth having it done right and on time.
