We contacted Peak on a Sunday over the winter with Ice Dam issues in our 7 unit townhome community. I got a response within 20 minutes and after some back and forth and a review of our buildings we had a quote that evening.
1. The quote was very reasonable
2. A crew came on Tuesday and did the removal of Ice Dams and shoveled all 7 roofs!
3. Thoroughly cleaned up the snow that had dropped.

I had a great experience with PQR from start to finish. Jim and Valentina made the process simple from inspection to installation. They showed up when they said, the crew worked impressively hard while also keeping the property clean. The quality of the work is excellent and my roof looks amazing. They were extremely thorough and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I was highly impressed with their business acumen and overall knowledge. I had several projects going on at once, and they were by far the best contractor I hired. They took the time to walk me through everything and teach me along the way since I was getting a completely new roof. Im incredibly thankful I was referred to them. The finished work came out incredible, and the roof looks amazing.

Very competitive pricing and flexibility with material choices. Results look good. Responsiveness to questions and concern during the job execution was good. Had minor issues after job completion and responded back with fixes quickly. Staffing was an issue and a challenge during the project due to circumstances outside of anyones control, which prolonged completion. However, foreman was super dedicated to pushing through and getting things done.
One recommendation for higher excellence is to better communicate and coordinate with homeowners the day-to-day of all the moving parts ( electrical and other subcontractors, staffing challenges, city inspections etc). Thank you and best of luck.

After discovering a large ice dam forming on our roof, we called this company and were so glad we did. They were prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. The crew worked carefully to remove the snow and ice without damaging the roof and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof snow removal.

We were looking for a company to take care of ice dams that developed after 2 feet plus of snow (see photos). Peak answered right away and was able to schedule the job quickly. Communication was very good. They did a thorough job, including removing all the snow on the roof and icicles attached to the side of the house. Compared to a couple other places we contacted, Peak gave us a great price. Would definitely call on them again if we have any roofing issues.

We had our windows replaced and couldnt be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They explained the process clearly, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was sealed and finished properly. Jim from Peak Quality Roofing recently helped me with a some roofing inspection, providing aerial footage via drone, to identify a blockage in our stack vent. He was incredibly responsive and clear with what he and his team could do. Service was prompt and as expected. He provided initial information as well as additional steps he and his team could offer. Great company! My chimney needed flashing and some repairs and Peak Quality was the best choice! They are very communicative and punctual. They are very professional and get the job done. Peak used a drone to assess the damage and I got a full breakdown of what needed to be repaired, how long and how much itll be.
