Hackman SmartRoof

We provide gutter solutions that combine functional drainage with improvements to your home's exterior appearance. Our seamless installations create a neat roofline while directing rainwater away from foundations and landscaping. Homeowners can select durable aluminum or naturally changing copper finishes. GutterRx guards offer additional convenience by reducing blockages, cleaning frequency, and unnecessary system wear.

We believe roof repairs should be straightforward, reasonably priced, and completed with professional care. Our contractors identify the source of leaks, inspect storm-related damage, and restore missing or damaged shingles. We also provide preventative maintenance to address potential weaknesses early. Throughout each project, we maintain transparent communication and focus on repairs that genuinely benefit your home.

We believe roof replacement should begin with an accurate assessment rather than an unnecessary sales recommendation. Our professionals examine roofing concerns and explain whether repairs or complete replacement are appropriate. When installation is warranted, we use quality materials and efficient methods. Clear project schedules, fair pricing, and a dedicated workmanship guarantee help homeowners make informed decisions.

Maintaining a dependable flat roof begins with choosing an appropriate roofing system and addressing damage promptly. We work extensively with EPDM rubber membranes, providing installation, coating, repair, and replacement services. Our team identifies moisture entry points, reinforces damaged sections, and evaluates deteriorating materials. We recommend necessary improvements while preserving serviceable roofing whenever practical and appropriate.

Protecting your home begins with an exterior capable of handling wind, moisture, and seasonal weather changes. Our siding installation services combine dependable materials with experienced craftsmanship to create an attractive, durable finish. We customize vinyl siding selections according to your vision and specifications. From inspection to completion, our crews prioritize careful installation, honest communication, and respect for your property.

Clint has been the owner of Hackman SmartRoof since 2003. Clint continues to manage the business while still being a hands-on team member as our Roofing Specialist, meeting with homeowners and staying in constant communication with our installation crews and technicians.

When we purchased our home close to 30 yrs. ago, we noticed our roof was not so attractive
and informed it was “about 20 yrs. old” We were blessed to not suffer any leaks or damages
all those years but were dreading the day all homeowners must face: Replacement.
With all the hype out there on “lifetime metal” roofs, we nearly made an expensive decision!

However, one thing we did right was look locally for family-owned/operated roofers with
experience. Clint from Hackman Smartroof truly lives up to the company “name” as he educated us on the tremendous cost savings of a traditional shingle over metal without sacrificing the lifetime warranty!
He even took the time to go up into our crawl space and gave a “worst case scenario” should
any of the lumber need replaced (our actual expense was only $70 over vs. the $200-300 he
buffered in). How many companies can say that?

It was obvious that Clint and company have the roofing/spouting business “joy” from
Marnie in the office to the roofing AND spouting installers, it was very pleasant and unruffled from start to finish.

The roof and spouting were both completed inside one day JUST before the rain storm the next day and NOT one single plant or lawn decoration was marred in the process. Again, what business can make that claim?

We found them to be everything they claim to be...honest, thorough, polite, friendly, efficient
and professional. To say that this was the best decision we made in a very long while is
putting it mildly. The new roof (we went with Clint’s recommendation and it IS the RIGHT
color schematic for our home!) AND spouting gave our home a fresh face!

We did receive other estimates from local roofers but Clint @Hackman Smartroof LISTENED to and didn’t talk at. His shared insights educated and saved us money; how many outfits
do that?

I called after I noticed a leak in my roof. Hackman Smart Roof was able to come out that very day and provide a quick fix to the leak and evaluate my roofing needs. Due to the age of my roof I determined it was time to actually do a full repair and had them do the job. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and very professionally. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

Very experienced, 7 man team completed 32sq residential and shed roof replacement timely within 8 hrs. All questions were answered with thorough followup. Received complementary appearance from others.

Hackman replaced our roof shingles and did a great job. Prior to that they came on short notice to look at our roof leak. The temporary repair stopped the leak right away. Our gutters have a guard they installed to keep leaves out, works great. They do dependable work, done right the first time.

We extremely pleased with the service, communication and quality of Hackman Smart Roofing. I would highly recommend them for your roofing work. Support your local contractors.

I had Hackman Smart Roof handle a full roof replacement on my property, and they were great. Even when some sheeting needed to be replaced, they stayed until the job was done. The professionalism of the entire team was outstanding—special thanks to Clint Huber for his dedication. The final product looked amazing. From start to finish, the progression of the job was nothing short of professional. I’d highly recommend Hackman Smart Roof to anyone looking for top-quality roofing work!

Just a terrific experience. Communication, scheduling, quality of workmanship, pricing, and follow-up. Great connection the entire way and met EVERY expectation. Well done!

Prompt, clean and professional from top to bottom.

Several folks in the neighborhood used Hackman. Good word spreads fast.

Thank you.

We have used Hackman for the following: 1) had a leak at roof which they repaired 2) had our house wrapped and new siding 3) new gutters
Each event was accomplished efficiently and timely.
Marnie is great. She is informative, friendly and fun to work with.
We will continue using Hackman when the need arises.

I discovered Hackman Smart Roof years ago when Clint was the only person able to find and fix a persistent leak we had on a flat roof at one of our properties. He's always my first call. The job is done right and in a timely fashion. Why go anywhere else?

Worker came to the house, saw the problem, fixed it in about 2hrs. Problem solved. Very happy.

I had issues with my aluminum siding pulling away from the house and getting stuck along the side of the house during one of our windstorms. I called Marnie who is always pleasant to talk with who got me on the schedule. Indicated it may be a few days, but Clint was here the next day and gave me an estimate. Then I was on the schedule to have it repaired. Within another few days I had the repair team here and fixed it within just a short amount of time. Extremely happy with the services provided. Was not the first time I used Hackman and it will not be the last time I reach out to them for my roofing needs.

Have used Hackman a few times for roof repairs. They always do a great job at an affordable price

We have used Hackman for small repairs and large replacement projects. They are responsive, prompt, meet schedules and very professional. Their crews clean up after the project is done.

They actually talked me out of a roof replacement! Instead, they recommended repairs that will last me 5-7 years. Many other contractors would have just replaced the roof.

I’ve worked with Clint and Hackman SmartRoof on two commercial roofing projects, and am very happy with their timeliness and workmanship, and ease of doing business with them. Recently a couple shingles blew off my roof at home. I called Marnie Bowers, and she arranged for Clint to visit my home the next day. Clint replaced the damaged shingles, and inspected my entire roof. His assessment was thorough, and I feel better knowing the condition and expected longevity of my roof.

Great service, timely with the repair and done professionally. We have had no issues with the roof repair. Thank you!

We had gutter, roof, and siding issues from the work of the previous homeowner and chose Hackman to correct it because they guaranteed their work. We are pleased with the completed jobs and have not had further issues in the months since the repairs were done. We feel confident that we will not have any more leaks, drips, or water damage after seeing their solutions to our problems and the quality of their work.

arrived on time as scheduled, completed work in one day, cleaned up the area around the house very well. Roof is very attractive and price was within reason

Prompt service, great price and personnel. A 10!!

Showed up in the morning, got right to work. No issues except he did not have all the supplies needed to finish. He said he would be back in the morning. He showed up the next day quickly completed the work. Cleaned up each day, no fuss no mess. Very professional.

We were in search of a roofing company and have had many companies give us an "estimate" BUT even the "Larger Big Named Stores" did not "impress" us and besides pricing they lacked professional customer service! Our roofing specislist ( Clint Huber) took his time to even take photos of our problem area on our roof to be able to help us meet our roofing needs! He was so kind and friendly and had was knowledgeable of the products offered by Hackman Roofing. He even told us that a financing plan may be of assistance to us to meet our needs! How wonderful to find a great company which we will be using in the near future!

These folks are awesome! I highly recommend!

We bought a newer home (2015 Model) and the home inspection company said to have the roof checked as they felt it may need to be replaced. I was a bit shocked to find out a practically new house needed a new roof?

Hackman offered to come check out the roof and give us their honest opinion. They said the roof definitely needed replaced. Kyle took almost 100 pictures while on our roof and showed how the roof was installed incorrectly and how the previous installers didn't have the air gun turned up high enough which caused shingles to tear.

They offered great suggestions and when installed the new roof they did exactly what they said they would, and even followed up afterwards to go over the warranty, and do a final inspection!
