They came out and did a full assessment and sent me a proposal within days outlining everything - no unexpected surprises. ACME scheduled me immediately and their crew came ON TIME and started setting up without any delay. It took them about 3-4 days. The crew cleaned up the worksite each day with great consideration to our neighbors.

I am a happy customer of ACME Roofing. The whole discussion was seamless thanks to the COVID. Most of the communications were done through emails and phones. They gave me a good price and the additional work to fixed up rotten wood were also reasonable. There has been no surprises. The roof was beautifully done and I also has a roof vent which was suggested by them. I was there everyday to see the work while it was in progress and even though I was not an expert I saw that they were doing the job right.

There were some complaints from the neighbor about the debris that flew over. I emailed them the same day and only expected that they would take care of them the next day the best but they showed up few hours later. To me, this is service.

Acme Roofing has been around for generations. My Grandfather used them for all his roofing needs with a number of properties and knew the Founder. We needed to have shingles, gutters and a drain pipe put on our house. We called the office and their receptionist couldn't have been any nicer with setting up an appointment. Dave came out for an estimate that was quite fair. He sent out an exceptional crew with foreman Alex and they were all attentive to detail.

Everything they promised was done and right on schedule. Dave stopped by a few times to check on everything and ensure that we were happy. When they completed the job everything was clean in front of the house. We called Dave back out to the house to get a new skylight. He was prompt and showed up the next day. Dave had an estimate the following day and called to setup installation a week later. He sent out another great person Luke. He did a great job removing and installing the new skylight. All their vehicles are well maintained. Their simply the best for all your roofing needs.
