I've been waiting for two weeks to hear back regarding a quote a replacement roof. The competition supplied written quotes in one day. If it's this difficult to get a response on the front end it gives me real concern about the support I'll get after they've been paid.

I called Wes at Rackley to look at a leak we found in our building. They took the time to go over the roof with a fine tooth comb. When the leak wasn't apparent they used a garden hose to simulate rain in order to find what wasn't obvious. I will def use these folks again. Thanks. Service: Storm/wind damage roof repair
