Services
Roofing
We provide comprehensive roofing solutions including installation, replacement, and repair for residential and commercial properties. Our services cover architectural shingles, metal roofing (classic rib or standing seam), and flat roof systems (TPO or EPDM). Certified installers use premium materials like CertainTeed products to ensure durability and weather resistance. From initial inspection to final cleanup, our team prioritizes safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.
Gutter Installation
Our seamless aluminum gutter systems (5 and 6 K-style) protect homes from water damage with efficient drainage solutions. Options include 34 rectangular downspouts, 4 round downspouts, and half-round gutters. Custom color choices and materials like copper and Galvalume ensure aesthetic compatibility with any property. Expert installation guarantees proper slope and leak-proof connections for long-term performance.
Leaf Protection Systems
We install high-quality leaf protection systems, including black powder-coated, fine-mesh aluminum screens. These solutions prevent debris buildup while allowing unrestricted water flow. Compatible with new or existing gutters, our systems reduce maintenance needs and protect against clogs, overflow, and pest infestations throughout the year.
Storm Damage Repair
Our team responds promptly to storm-related damage, offering 24/7 emergency services for roof leaks, hail damage, and wind-related issues. We document damage with photographic evidence to assist insurance claims and complete repairs swiftly, often within 24 hours. Services include temporary patching, full roof replacement, and siding repairs.
Commercial Roofing
We specialize in roofing solutions for commercial properties, including warehouses, office buildings, and apartment complexes. Our expertise covers flat roof systems, TPO membranes, and durable metal roofing. Projects prioritize minimal disruption to business operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and long-term cost-effectiveness through energy-efficient materials.

We went around and around with our insurance company following the tornado that passed through Putnam County in March of 2020 and fortunately came across Andy and Square One Roofing. Andy came out and patched a leak while we were still arguing with the insurance company and did a full inspection with pictures that helped to convince our insurance company there was, in fact, wind damage. Andy and his crew were punctual and had the old roof off, boards replaced that needed it and a new roof on all within the span of about 24 hours.
The quality is top-notch and the price was very reasonable considering the size of the job. Andy is a professional in every sense of the word and his team are among the best. Highly recommended and incredibly happy with the job. We'll certainly be keeping his contact info for future work if needed!

Square One is an excellent Cookeville Roofing company. Andy and Ron Sr. have done a great roofing job with our home in Cookeville for my wife and I. They put on a new roof to help us with the hail damage that had happened on our roof from a straight line wind and severe storm. They were quick about taking the old damaged roof off and then putting on the new roof. It looks great. The neighbors liked our roof so much that they wanted Square One Gutters & Roofing to do their home as well.

Very happy with Andy and his crew. Fast and great job on my new 12/12 and 10/12 pitched roofs. Only complaint is I wish they had hauled off the debris. Wasn't much, and I didn't have a dumpster on the job site, but I would recommend and hire them again.
