I've used Roofsavers before and they were reasonably priced and efficient. Today I had a re-estimate done. This was due to the first guy never even going up to look at the area in question and giving me a $2,740 estimate. This is 3x the amounts I have paid before. I understand we're in a high inflation cycle right now, but 3x the amount for similar work conducted previously is ridiculous. I got a call back from the second estimator, and of course he sided with his coworker and said the estimate was legit.
Then proceeds to tell me that I should probably just get that whole section of the roof replaced. That was the whole point of me calling these guys in the first place. So much for reasonably priced and efficient. Sad thing is, I've recommended these guys to other people and gave them more business. As of today, I will now be telling folks to stay clear of Roofsavers, and I guess tell people, in the words of my estimator, "might as well get your whole roof replaced".

Business owner is garbage. Not willing to provide any customer service or take any responsibility when his company fucks up. I've had three other companies give me quotes since then and all were explicitly more clear in what they will and won't do re: gutters. Roofsavers is garbage. Don't book with them unless you like garbage employees and garbage owners and trash customer service.
