Services
Residential Roof Replacement
We replace residential roofs using premium Malarkey shingles engineered for durability. Our process includes tear-off of old materials, deck repairs, and proper ventilation. With over 40 years of experience, we ensure code-compliant installations that enhance home value and weather resistance.
Flat Roof Repair
Specializing in flat and low-slope roofs, we install IB Roof Systems' PVC membranes. Our solutions address water pooling and membrane degradation. We avoid TPO due to its inferior performance history, focusing on long-term maintenance-free systems for residential and light commercial properties.
Chimney Counter Flashing
We replace worn chimney counter flashing using sealant-bonded metal installations. Our process involves grinding joints, wire brushing, and applying protective sealant layers. This prevents water intrusion while maintaining aesthetic roof lines for both new and existing chimney systems.
Skylight Replacement
We install energy-efficient skylights that enhance natural lighting while maintaining roof integrity. Our process includes proper waterproofing, curb installation, and integration with existing roofing materials. We ensure proper sealing to prevent leaks in both residential and commercial applications.
Roof Repairs
We address all roof damage types, from storm damage to aging materials. Services include shingle replacement, leak repairs, and structural reinforcement. Our team handles both small fixes and major repairs to extend roof lifespan while maintaining safety standards.

You replaced roof on my Mother's house back in Summer 2003. I now own the home; the roof looks and performs as wonderfully as it did the day you finished the job. Neat, clean, detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, and priced well. Very satisfied! : Service: Roof installation

Im super satisfied with the work Pritchetts team did. They were speedy, clean, and the cost came in right at quote. They are easy to work with and communicate well. I highly recommend. I had two estimates Pritchetts was similar to the others, but i read about the quality and went with them. I highly recommend Pirtchetts roofing!

They didn't return my first phone call and only called back a day after the second message I left. Then they didn't show up for the appointment to give us an estimate. They also never talked to the message I left about the missed appointment.
