My experience with Amos has been great! I received estimates from 3 companies and ended up going with Amos primarily because my initial meeting with Zach Jones. The other companies I met with told me what I needed and bulldozed through options. Zach actually asked me what I wanted then let me know if it was possible. He was really helpful walking me through the process and answered the thousands of questions I had. Highly recommend!

How often do we find people in sales that will go the extra mile to assist a potential customer? We had the pleasure having Tyler out to our home for an estimate from Amos Exteriors. The information we received was thorough and he even helped with options we had not considered for our home. Due to many projects at our home we chose to put this one on hold. Tyler could not have been more professional! He thanked us and we would not hesitate working with him and Amos Exteriors in the future!

I haven't even had service done yet, just a quote. I know little-to-nothing about roofing and siding but our siding ripped off in a storm and the roof got damaged too. I wanted to give a first-impression shout out to Spencer. He kindly and patiently answered all of my questions (and even re-explained things I didn't initially understand), thoroughly explained all available options for how to handle our case, and most importantly he demystified the unknowns and intimidating aspect of working with insurance. Spencer did not push for anything specifically, rather he focused on making a solid connection and transparently providing the information I very much needed to feel comfortable and educated about the decision-making process. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Amos and with Spencer as well.

Professionalism great service and quality work is something that is just not easy to find these days. Just to let everyone know that I absolutely loved Amos Exteriors and especially Joel Good because he was so kind, professional, attentive, always returned my phone calls immediately and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Joel answered my call the first day that I called and then came out that afternoon to look things over.
I really felt Joel was as concerned about my roof as I was and I felt that it wasn't just another job for Joel. I felt as if I was getting personal attention in regard to the job from both Joe and the crew. He was so attentive. I will be calling Joel @ Amos exteriors soon to have them replace the siding on my house because I know I can expect professionalism, very responsive communication and quality work.
The crew was also very kind and very professional and really worked extremely hard until the job was completed. Not the smallest scrap of paper left in my yard. My roof looks great and I am grateful that I connected with Joel Good at Amos. Exteriors. Joel will definitely be hearing from me again!

Brian at Amos was great to work with. Was able to replace my roof and gutters through insurance after hail damage in 2021 and Brian was great to work with, walked me through the process, and was very responsive for any questions I had. He was accurate in his time estimate and worked to come in close to my insurance quote. Would definitely recommend working with Brian and Amos.

Just had Mark Spencer out for an estimate. We have talked to a couple companies for estimates so far and none were close to him. We were really impressed by him. He really knew what he was talking about and even pointed out features of our current windows and how they could be replaced. He gave us great advice too on everything.

I hired Amos Exteriors to replace my roof when insurance approved my claim storm/wind damage. They also replaced gutters and window screens, and will be returning to paint porch railing when weather permits. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire them again! I worked specifically with Jeremy and Sam. I have never gone through this process, and was pleasantly surprised how simple Jeremy and Sam made it!
They were both extremely flexible in order to accommodate my schedule. The work was done ahead of schedule, and beautifully! Sam offered to personally re-install my window screens. He also moved back the patio furniture that the roofing crew had moved to prevent damage from falling materials. In my opinion, they went above and beyond in terms of customer service!
