Critical: Responsiveness I called several times to get a roof repair quote and was not called back for about a week. After I spoke with Arturo he said he would send a quote within the week but never sent one. I'm now searching for other companies.

I called them they sent a young man to look at my problem, said they would email me a quote waited a week never got one so I called back the girl said have someone call me with the quote. I gave up had a different company come and fix it.

Had a great experience with Arturo at Big D Roofing. Excellent customer service, and dedication. Thank you Arturo for taking the time to meet on your day off and not making us feel rushed or ignorant. We had alot of questions and he helped us to make the best decision.
