First, let me say that the results were great. We had our roof and siding washed and my shop re-roofed. The shop roofing installation was quick and professionally done. The washing of the house roof and siding came out really nicely; however, despite the crew spraying our flowers and shrubs with plenty of water, our shrubs were damaged and the three, huge, prize hydrangeas we've been fussing over for 20 years lost all their flowers and half their leaves--all burned and shriveled. Don Kennedy and his son Donnie came out a few days later to check the damage, were genuinely surprised by it, were very apologetic, and by way of compensation, Don said he would do any other washing we needed (driveway, patio, etc.) free of charge.
I appreciated that even though I'm not the type to take advantage of an employee's mistake. So, while I wish our shrubs and hydrangeas hadn't been damaged, you really can't beat Don Kennedy Roofing's customer service and their willingness to make things right.

I had my 15 year old roof cleaned yesterday of mold and mildew and today looks like a new roof. This has to be the best experience I have ever had with any home contractor. Not only was the price and quality of work exceptional but most impressive were the individuals I worked with :Ben and Brock Thank You. I am also using them to repair a flat roof over my porch and also to clean my wood porch and pool deck this spring. Without hesitation I highly recommend Don Kennedy for any home project that you need done that they provide. You won't be disappointed!

No one ever responds back to set up appointment to fix problem. Initial call occurs and then no follow up. This is the second time this has happened. They replaced a section of my roof. Still leaking. Learned my lesson. Need to work with another roofer now to fix problem. You have to initiate everything- no follow up. Very frustrating!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The quality of the work was impeccable. Professional and cleaned up the area beautifully. From the very beginning to the end of the project I have nothing but good things to say. Especially appreciate the initial contact with the sales person who explained everything so well and answered all my questions for me. Highly recommend.
