Did a professional job except for one detail. There is a small area of roof chimney needing attention. Six months and we are still waiting. The repair was in original contract and subs have said the repair is easy. What's the issue?

We have used Brian Gilstrap for all of our roofing needs for many years. He has done small roofing repair jobs at our rental properties as well as larger jobs, such as replacing a flat roof over the back of our home. Most recently, Brian replaced the roof on our home and the roofs on two of our rental homes. His workers are experienced and efficient, and they thoroughly cleared our properties of all debris.

Thanks so much Gilstrap roofing you guys did a Gr8 job. Found a good bit of rotten and broken wood but they stuck with it got them replaced and still finished in one day. I found one little issue with my gate but I called Eric and he sent a guy right out to take care of it no problem. So I will definitely recommend them in the future.
