Friendly people to work with and they do good work but, be sure to get estimates in writing before submitting to insurance. They'll charge every penny your insurance pays out, even if money was allotted for other things such as roofs on outbuildings. One roofer cussed like an absolute sailor while there. I picked up roofing nails by the handful for nearly a week. Also left sharp metal shavings, gutter nails and debris from gutters absolutely everywhere. Didnt put elbows on two downspouts as they said they would and left the rain sensor for my sprinkler system just laying in the side yard. Only gave 4 stars because they were quite kind to deal with and they do qualify work.

We are very pleased with the attentive and professional care given in the replacement of our roof. Troy Johnson was very helpful throughout the whole process, from assessment of damage of our roof, arranging the repair work, communicating with our insurance rep. The work was completed very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We relied on Troy completely, and he was extremely attentive to accuracy and detail. Thank you for all the work done on our behalf. Stephen and Rita Hagenhoff

From the time I called A-1 to the completed project communication was wonderful. When Chad came to look at my roof I had already seen 2 other companies. I felt that Chad was honest, knowledgeable and made sure that I understood what the issue was. The project manager Chris kept in contact with me in regards to the actual project and timeline. The guys who came out to make repairs were efficient and cleaned up really well. Thank you again for great service!
