The owner, Dale Proctor stole our hay and refused to bring it back. We gave him the option to return it or be prosecuted. He chose the latter. He was told when we caught him cutting the the hay that he was on our property and he kept saying it was "his hay" anyway he bailed it and left us 4 bales. He was an absolute jerk to my mother on the phone. I was amazed to hear it was the owner of this company because they generally have a good reputation.
I will never recommend his company to anyone after finding out the owner is a thief and just generally a mean person. I'm still just awestruck and can't believe the audacity of someone to claim land that is clearly not theirs as their own. I might as well add this while I'm here, he just replaced my dad's roof and the week after it was done it leaked in the exact same spot. No joke. If you choose to do business with this dude, best of luck to you.

Dale's put a new roof on a home I owned in 2013. They did a superb job! In my new home I bought almost 2 years ago I had a leak and I called Dale's first. They were out within the week and the repair was taken care of. I like how Dale's stands by their work and offers reasonable pricing. Service: Roof repair

We have used Dale's twice. The second time was when we had the latest ice storm. We had tree damage, one 3.5 ft. limb come through the ceiling. We called Dale's and said they would be out. They had about a two hour window between the ice and the snow storm. David came out to patch the roof. He did a great job with no leaks. A second worker came out after things had melted to reinforce the patches.
They set things up for two weeks out. They came out today ready to start work at 8:30 am and cleared, had decking down, and had shingles done on the side of the house that was damaged all in three hours. It looks great! Every one we worked with was a pleasure and professional. Hope we don't have to use them for a while but will use Dale's again. Adding to this. We have had a couple of leaks ( Not on the side that Dale's replaced), Fred came out and was very polite and professional. Fixed our leaks in a timely manner. He is a real credit to the Dale's family.

Had a small roof leak, Dales was recommended by a General Contractor in the family. Can say I am very happy with them- they got me on the calendar and the gentleman who quoted my work even did a quick tar patch to try and help me out before he handed me the quote for the proper fix. When my roof finally needs replacement I know who I am going to call. Great company. Great people.
