This is the 2nd roof from Flores&Foley. Awesome work, very professional. The first roof lasted 25 years. Thank you Kevin Cook, Phillip and the entire family of Alex. The team that installed were top notch, Alex the son interpreted and everything went very smoothly. They were kind, helpful and very respectful of my home. The clean up job was 2nd to none. Again, thank you to everyone for a job well done.

This company provided first class customer service installing my new roof shingles with a quality product and excellent installation at a competitive price. The crew was very courteous, on-time, and efficient and did a great job cleaning up. The sales person was very knowledgeable, informative and followed up with the install progress. We have used Flores and Foley in the past for roof repairs. Quality work every time.

The workers were courteous and polite. They were happy to answer any question I had. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up the yard whenever they left for the day and were careful to cover my shrubbery for protection as they worked. Kevin Cook, the sales consultant, kept me informed of the starting date and was also available for any question I might have. The entire experience was very pleasant and my roof looks wonderful.

Working with Flores and Foley was an incredible experience. We worked specifically with Phillip to replace our roof on a rental property in Wilmington. I was unable to get to Wilmington during the process, initially, and he went above and beyond sending pics of our damage and replacement options. When we found some time to make it back, he left samples at our property to make our selections. The work was done quickly and done well.
We did have a few nail pops a few months later and he promptly addressed those as well. We got several quotes for this work. I'll say they were not the cheapest option, but for the quality, customer service and communication, it was worth every penny. Thank you guys for taking care of our home!

They were quick to respond and repaired my roof in one day. When job was finished he had removed the tarp and bricks I had covering the damaged area and neatly placed them near the garage for storage. The price for the job was quite reasonable and no surprises in the bill after the job was done. I would recommend Flores and Foley to anyone.
