We were referred to Augustino Brothers by a family member who had them redo a roof following Hurricane Ida. Lisa and Charlie were friendly and thorough. Their team took 2 days to strip our old roof and install the new one. They were timely in arrival and work start/stop. We were also impressed with how clean they left our property after each day of work. We feel we got excellent service and quality from this company and would use again in the future.

I decided to give this company a try based upon the reviews. I reached out to Lisa and Mr. Charlie on or around 11-18-2021. Mr. Charlie did show up as scheduled along with his dog on 11-23-2021. He completed an assessment from the damages of Hurricane IDA. Days/Weeks went by and no communication. I did send several emails asking for an update. The final decision from Mr. Charlie was I was not going to receive the information. Mr. Charlie said the person he hired to calculate the numbers for the report was an alcoholic.
I trusted this man because he said he worked for State Farm and knew how this insurance company handles business. I also wanted to believe he would fulfill his commitment since State Farm was waiting for this report in order to start repairing/replacing my father's home. SHAME ON MR. CHARLIE! I would never ever recommend this company.

I had Augustino install two new roofs this past March due to damage from Hurricane Zeta last October and received some minor damage recently from Ida. I contacted Augustino and Chris came out in Sept. to access the minor damage. I needed these few repairs completed and talked to Charlie on the phone and he said he would for sure come to my address same day to inspect the roofs and because I had extra shingles I saved from the March Job he actually did the repairs right then. I was so pleased he was able to correct the minor damage so quickly today. Thank you so much Charlie.
