Tim and his entire crew at Peninsula Roofing are professionals all around! We called for a bid and Tim responded promptly. He listened carefully and submitted a bid that included everything we had discussed and was fairly priced. The crew showed up exactly on time on the arranged day and worked steadily all day to strip the roof and make repairs. They arrived exactly on time on the next day and worked steadily all day to install the new roof.
They worked without playing loud music or shouting at each other, and they cleaned up before they left. We are entirely satisfied and think no one could ask for better service! Our neighbors even commented on how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. Susan and Chris Seykota-Smith

Awesome roofer, tear off, installation and product. Tim the owner is so attentive and responds quickly to your concerns even after installation. With high winds lately I found roof shingles in my backyard. Tim sent his service crew that found it was not my roof but from two neighboring roofs.

I guess this company has so many customers that they do not care about even returning calls or emails. I used them to clean my roof and they would be booked for months before they had any openings. So, I was one of their customers. I recently had part of my ceiling collapse due to water leakage from the roof into the insulation and I called them first because I had used them for business before. I left a message and sent them an email.
No response that same day. I made sure I let them know it was an emergency type situation and could they at least come over with a tarp? I finally called them again the next day because they still had not contacted me. They said they were booked for months and could not even come over with a tarp. Then they referred me to another roofer who I immediately called and left a message and he never called back. Unbelievable.

Who knows if they're any good. They will not return calls. Called and left four messages, and even spoke with someone, but no callback. Probably says a lot about how they work.
