Roof Installation
We specialize in complete roof installation for residential and commercial properties using premium materials like metal roofing, composition shingles, and TPO systems. Our expert technicians ensure proper ventilation and waterproofing while meeting all building codes. Customers benefit from energy-efficient options that reduce utility costs and increase property value through durable, long-lasting installations.
Roof Waterproofing
Our advanced waterproofing solutions protect buildings from water damage using high-quality epoxy coatings and elastomeric systems. We service various roof types including metal, TPO, and built-up systems, providing seamless protection for both roofs and exterior walls. This service extends roof lifespan while preventing costly interior damage from leaks and moisture intrusion.
Spray Foam Insulation
We install closed-cell and open-cell spray foam insulation that improves energy efficiency by up to 50% while adding structural strength. Our Lapolla brand materials create air barriers that reduce noise transmission and prevent mold growth. This solution works particularly well in Texas climates by significantly lowering cooling costs through superior thermal performance.
Roof Maintenance
Our maintenance agreements include regular inspections, debris removal, and minor repairs to extend roof longevity. Technicians identify potential issues before they become major problems, helping customers avoid expensive emergency repairs. This service is available for both residential and commercial properties with customized plans based on roof type and usage requirements.
Metal Roofing
We offer metal roofing solutions designed to withstand extreme Texas weather including high winds, hail, and intense heat. Available in various styles and colors, our metal roofs provide superior durability with potential lifetime warranties. These energy-efficient systems reflect solar radiation while requiring minimal maintenance compared to traditional roofing materials.

Gary is awesome! He is warm, patient, helpful and jovial. His crew was here on time and had the roof replaced in 8 hours. Impressive! He came back out and inspected. This the second roof Volkert has replaced for me. I would hire them again. Service: Roof installation

I had to wait a while for them to come out, but the others I called were the same way - we'd had some bad weather. When they did come out, they gave me a fair estimate, actually much lower than what I thought it would cost, and sent a responsible, respectful man, Joe, I thihk, to do the work. He showed me the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. It included shoring up part of the roof that the builder had not done properly, but he did it for the same price as the estimate and was done in a few hours. Best thing I can say is that I would not hesitate to call Volkert again. Also, the office staff was very friendly and helpful.
