My first experience was not a good one. I called here to order PBR siding. The sales rep didn't seem to understand what I wanted. After 22 emails and 4 calls I finally got the product ordered. My order was sent to Gainesville instead of Sebring. I found that out after trying to pick up my order. I called ahead to check if it was available and the same salesperson said yes. I eventually made another trip after they transferred my material to Sebring 3 days later. I never received a call to tell me my other was ready either. I was not impressed with the service I received. One more thing, the product was slightly damaged from all the transporting it around.
