We provide a detailed, typewritten summary with information such as the approximate age, condition, life expectancy, and inspector's recommendations as to any necessary repairs or replacements. Every inspection issued will include the inspector's findings, digital pictures, and an estimate (if applicable) for the cost of repair or replacement.
