I hired Elite Improvements for a replacement roof and some repairs on my house. Jim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He recommend a higher quality shingle that was huge in terms of improvement. He was able to explain to me the benefits for a high quality product. The crews worked very efficiently, used high quality materials, and we're very professional. They were flexible and able to make changes easily to my work order. All I can say is I was looking for an honest, reliable company. They hit the mark! I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them on my future projects!

I had my gutters done by this company along with some other work on the outside of the house. All of that went pretty well. Was looking into getting a kitchen remodel. Met with the owner who seemed helpful and pleasant. Spent an hour at my home going over my options and said he would get back to me with a quote. Never received a word back from him regarding my kitchen. I guess he wan't interested.

Jim and his team were a pleasure to work with. I hired him for a complete gut of a bed/bathroom and the results were amazing. There were some unexpected hiccups along the way, but we made it through! Although I only had the chance to meet the subcontractors a few times due to a conflicting work schedule, my girlfriend didn't have any complaints. Jim himself is a delight, communication was always open and I hope to work with him on many future projects.

I called a local remodeling company to take a look at my new home in Racine. I found Elite Improvements and had them look at my home. They started by looking at the roof and worked down to the siding and windows. They found ventilation issues, lack of insulation and a lot of algae on the roof. They came and corrected the issues quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and courteous of our new home and property. I am very happy with how things went and look forward to doing business with them in the future

I was in need of attic ventilation, in a hurry. Our house was for sale and it had to get fixed correctly and within a strict time frame. I called several local roofers and none of them would even come look at my roof because it was a time crunch. Also, you don't make much money putting in a few vents. I called Elite in the morning and they were pleasant and agreed to stop by the following afternoon for an estimate.
They were there on time for the estimate and gave good advice on what needed to get done. The price was very reasonable and when I expressed our concern to have it done quickly they agreed to have someone come over that night and install the vents after their regular hours. Fast and reasonable.

We were completely satisfied with the outstanding job that Jake and his crew did on our home. We initially met Jake regarding replacing our roof, but, it was apparent from the high quality of their work that we wanted them for the major remodel of the house, including framing, windows, drywall, electrical etc. The workers were timely, polite, and skilled craftsmen. They stayed on the job until it was completely done. The price we paid was the one quoted. We highly recommend Elite Improvements to anyone needing quality home improvements.

This roofing contractor was referred to me by a friend. I got a lot of estimates for my roof and this company seemed to stand out the best, so we decided to move forward with them. During the project the owner Jake kept me up to date with the progress. The workers were even really polite and helpful. I felt bad watching them up there working there butts off. Now that the roof is done it looks great. I even get compliments from my neighbors. I tell them "I have the best looking roof on the block." lol. Thanks again for such a great job on my roof. Best of luck.
