What is the lifespan of a new roof?
High-quality asphalt shingles typically last 15-25 years. Metal and synthetic slate options offer longer durability. Regular maintenance and Minnesota's climate impact longevity, which we discuss during consultations.

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and skilled contractor, look no further. I have used Exteriors Plus on multiple projects. I was blown away by their professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge about product/application, and attention to detail. Quy, the owner, is amazing to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about all of his customers, and is always looking out for their best interest. They are the only company I refer to family and friends. It's been a pleasure working with them and I look forward to working with then on our next project.

Exteriors Plus exceeded our expectations! We had someone from a different company come inspect our roof and siding and he said there was no damage. Thanh came out to do an inspection and we put in a claim and it was approved. Insurance was a pain and was a slow process, they also only wanted to replace a few pieces of siding instead of all of it. With Thanhs help and consistence, we were able to get all of our siding replaced.

Their attention to detail and fast service was incredible. We are so impressed with the outstanding service we received from everyone at Exteriors Plus. Our new roof and siding looks amazing! We highly recommend this company to anyone!

I know going through a process like this is difficult especially when you have to deal with insurance companies. Exteriors Plus LLC did a great job guiding my family through the process of obtaining a new roof and siding for our house. I appreciate their responsiveness and their attention to detail. I will recommend my friends to them because this process was painless with them and done in a timely manner after it was approved.

I wanna say an extra thank you to Robert Wolf. He was a great sales representative and he was awesome to work with through the process of all of this. He was there everyday whenever we had work done on the house. I love the simple gestures to ensure your customers are happy and safe afterwards. Thank you Exteriors Plus!

I worked with Exteriors Plus to help file a storm claim for my parent's home. Their claim was denied at first by their insurance carrier, but after requesting for a readjustment, a roof replacement was finally approved and we owe it all to our Project Manager, Scott Nguyen for making it possible! Scott was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and made our experience from start to finish seamless. My parents couldn't be happier with their new roof. I highly recommend Exteriors Plus to anyone who is looking for a wholesome company to do business with. They will take good care of you.

Andy, Felipe, and crew at Exteriors Plus took great care of us. Started the job at 7:15 am and were finished completely by 3:00 pm. Tore the old shingles down then repaired the roof, turbines, piping and damaged plywood. The color they chose matched the house perfectly, and we couldnt be happier. Every step of the way they took care of us. They were easy, professional, and hard working guys. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for repairs!

Could not have been happier with the service provided when water was seeping in due to poor roofing and ice buildup. The crew was out in less than 24 hours, and took care of the problem. Great customer service!!

Exterior's plus was willing to come out and fix the terrible work that my original contractor did replacing my windows. This is important because I called several places and the none of them were willing to take the project because it was small, and they would not make that much money off of it. It's amazing how many business would turn down a project. Business is business right? Either way, Exterior's Plus did not hesitate to take the work, and they found so many thing wrong with the previous work done. I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge of what they do, and their willingness to get the work done as soon as possible. You will not be disappointed if you use them.
