Our commercial roofing services encompass complete roof system installation, repair, and maintenance for businesses across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. We specialize in low-slope, flat, and steep-slope roofing systems using premium materials from trusted manufacturers. Our expert team ensures proper installation techniques that maximize durability and weather resistance while maintaining compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
Metal Roofing Systems
We provide durable metal roofing solutions engineered for Texas weather conditions, including standing seam systems, retrofit applications, and custom architectural sheet metal fabrication. Our metal roofs offer energy efficiency benefits through solar reflectance while maintaining structural integrity against extreme weather. We work with leading manufacturers to ensure long-lasting performance and aesthetic appeal for commercial properties.
Roof Coatings
Our professional roof coating services extend the lifespan of existing metal roofing systems using high-performance silicone and acrylic coatings that protect against UV degradation, ponding water, and corrosion. We apply these coatings using industry-approved techniques that create seamless, watertight barriers while improving energy efficiency through solar reflectance technology.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Through our Alpine Sheet Metal Systems division, we design and fabricate custom architectural metal components including flashing, fascia, coping systems, and wall panels. Our precision fabrication ensures perfect fitment with existing building structures while maintaining aesthetic continuity and weatherproofing performance for commercial properties.
Drone Roof Inspections
Our Alpine Thermal Imaging Systems division utilizes military-grade drone technology with thermal imaging capabilities for comprehensive roof assessments. This non-invasive inspection method identifies moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and hidden damage patterns that traditional inspections might miss, enabling targeted repair solutions.

The owner came out to do the quote. They were the same price as the other roofers 20 year roof quotes. The flat patio was self adhesive material, new on the market, whereas all the other roofers wanted to use flame sealed tar. (my brother-in law is a roofer up in IL, and he said all this was good). They were great about helping me pick out colors and materials. I needed to wait a week for the bank check to clear and they were great about that! The quote didn't include the turbines I requested, so he threw them in free.

ARC expertly replaced my ceramic tile roof, a specialty metal roof, 3rd and 4th floor walkout roof, stucco, chimney caps and guttering following major storm damage. Jeff treated me like family. The entire team went above and beyond to get the job done and continues to stand by their work today. I would highly recommend Alpine if you want it done right.

I had damage to my roof from 2 huge branches of an oak tree which had caused leaks in my dining room. Alpine Roofing - Raymond Dean - came out and gave me an estimate including interior repairs. After some back and forth with my insurance company, we got it approved. The roofing crew came out and repaired and replaced the roof in one day! Then another crew came out on another day and did the interior repairs. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them for anyone needing similar work done.

Best roofing team in DFW! Best quality. Best value and most responsive owner/team! Do your homework, please. I bought a large house 8 years ago with a brand new roof with the highest quality materials which looked fine on inspection but was nothing but problems because of the installation. I went through 3 more roofers that couldn't fix my problems. I talked with 4 more highly recommended companies before I replaced the entire roof with Jeff and Alpine roofing.
I finally made the right choice! There are a lot of bad roofers out there and then there are good, knowledgeable roofers that will charge you way more than they need to. Alpine was both the highest quality and best value! Shop around and then hire Alpine. I was not disappointed!

Great company to work with, super fast and reliable service! We ran into a snag during installation (due to previous roofer) but Alpine was extremely helpful and help guide us through. They handled everything with insurance and even caught a few items that the insurance adjuster missed. Ray & Brandon were delightful to work with. Yard was left cleaner than when they arrived. 100% will work with again!

Our roof was leaking and needed repair, and new shingles. I called Jeff at ARC, and he had Brandon and Carlos come out to look at it very soon after. They gave us an estimate, and we set a start date. These guys do what they say they're going to do, and do it professionally. Brandon was awesome, and his crew was nice, and treated us with respect. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. We wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone with roofing needs!

I recently used Alpine Roofing Construction for a roof replacement on my house. I have to say Jeff the owner came by and immediately I felt that I was in good hands. I was prepared to ask a lot of questions and almost all of them were answered as Jeff and myself were doing a walk around. My house had multiple roof structures that needed to be completed. The standing seam part of my house came out flawless.
The shingle part of my house came out excellent. We also installed two solar powered fans and I don't know how my husband and myself did without them, not only do we get a tax credit but the electric bill is cheaper. Overall our experience with Alpine was great.

After a hailstorm last Spring damaged my roof, fence, siding, windows and patio, my Insurance company put me in touch with Alpine roofing. They were very easy to work with. They made sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. They worked long hours and even in the brutal Texas heat, they worked hard to get all the jobs done. One worker even saw an incandescent light out in my garage and asked to install it for me. Brandon and Ray would call to make sure each part of the job was done and checked to make sure it was done well. They went the extra mile for me on my house. Ray was very much a pleasure and a gentleman throughout the process. I appreciate everyone who worked so hard to repair my home. Thanks to all of you!

Ray has been awesome to work with! Insurance only gave us $13K and he fought with the insurance to get us $25k. Great professionalism, honest, and hard working guys. Really refreshing in this day and age, especially when we were hosed over by our old roofer. They found places where our old roofer cut corners and fixed them for us. Will work with them again!

ARC is the best roofer that I have ever experienced! Jeff and Brandon could not have been more professional and attentive. They were clear in their communications so I knew exactly what to expect and when. They were patient and answered my many questions providing pictures and hands-on explanations, as needed. They actively followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work, which I am. I couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful, leak-free, new roof.

Contacted Alpine Roofing in February of 2019 and within 24 hours they had someone on site to evaluate roof. I was in a time crunch due to selling and buying of a home. I gave them a window to get all work complete by and they surpassed all expectations and deadlines. Highly recommended if you need a roof, gutters or any assistance with roofing needs give this company a call. Thanks for taking the stress out of this project for myself and my family and making the whole process seamless from start to finish.

In the summer of 2012 the Lakewood area in Dallas, Texas endured a hail storm that damaged a significant amount of historic homes and businesses. I immediately called Jeff Folsom with Alpine Roofing Construction to assess the damage. This storm was a blessing in disguise! Our 1916 home has never been in better shape thanks to ARC. Jeff and his company helped us with our roof project that required special detail to restore due the Ludowici tile and custom gutters.
