Residential Skylights
We install energy-efficient residential skylights that enhance natural lighting in Houston homes. Our solutions reduce reliance on artificial lighting while maintaining thermal performance. Clients benefit from customized placements that maximize daylight without compromising roof integrity.
Commercial Skylights
Our commercial skylight systems illuminate office spaces and retail environments with durable, code-compliant installations. Designed for large-scale projects, these solutions lower energy costs while creating inviting atmospheres. We work directly with building teams for seamless integration.
Sun Tunnels
Sun tunnels provide cost-effective daylighting for rooms with limited roof access. Our reflective tubing systems channel natural light into hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms. Ideal for both new constructions and retrofits, they offer a less invasive alternative to traditional skylights.
Acrylic Skylights
Impact-resistant acrylic skylights combine durability with superior light diffusion. These lightweight panels withstand Houston's weather while reducing glare. Homeowners appreciate their energy efficiency and ability to brighten spaces without excessive heat gain.
Structural Skylights
Custom structural skylights create dramatic focal points in modern homes and commercial buildings. Our engineered systems support large glass installations for open-concept designs. Clients receive tailored solutions that meet building codes while achieving aesthetic vision.

Using Innovative Skylights to install skylight tubes in four areas of our dark has been an "illuminating" experience. We now have a bright formal great room, long hallway, butler's pantry and master closet. From the thoughtful assessment and detailed bid to the in-time and careful installation, working with this company has been a joy. Thanks to them, our days are now filled with sunlight.

The Innovative Skylight team was easy to work and communicate with. They came out and did an evaluation and helped us walk through available options. When we selected what we wanted they scheduled the dates for the install. On the day of the installl they made the removal of the old sky lights and install of the new skylights same day, with no mess, and great quality. We have had them in for about a year now and its been one the best home projects we have had completed. Clear skylights, less heat coming in, and zero leaks since the install.

I had a cracked skylight and was expecting it to need a complete replacement. The estimator came out and determined the skylight was sound and only needed a lens replacement. I appreciate the promptness and integrity of Innovative Skylights. They could have told me I needed a complete replacement. I would not have know better. Thanks again for a job well done.

Had three skylights be replaced with the new, flat glass. Significant difference in amount of heat and humidity in the house since. Very affordable price. Workers pulled up in their work van and were finished and left with no mess within a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

I had single pane old skylights that had cracked and become foggy. I debated on replacing them with new, and finally decided to inquire about what options were available. They came out and measured and discussed my options, I decided to go with new skylights and solar shades. I keep asking myself, why did I not do this sooner. The guys patiently had to wait until it quit raining on the day of installation, but they knocked it out and I am thrilled with the final product.
They did an excellent job trimming out the interior part of the skylight and I LOVE the shade option. I think it is going make a huge difference in the temperature in the room, If you need to have those old dated skylights replaced, wait no longer and call Innovative Skylights and Attics. I just want to praise the whole team, from the office to the installers on what a wonderful job your guys did. THANKS!
