Services
Roof Waterproofing
Our roof waterproofing solutions protect sloped and flat roofs from water damage using advanced mastic and elastomeric coatings. Ideal for residential and commercial buildings, these products resist ponding water and UV degradation. We provide materials that meet industry standards for durability and environmental compliance.
Marine Coatings
Specialized marine coatings safeguard underwater structures against corrosion and biofouling. Designed for harsh environments, these coatings comply with marine safety regulations. Applications include docks, ship hulls, and submerged infrastructure requiring long-term protection.
Concrete Repair
Concrete repair services address spalling, cracking, and contamination issues using high-strength resins and overlays. Our solutions restore structural integrity while enhancing aesthetics. Ideal for industrial floors, parking garages, and aging infrastructure requiring durable rehabilitation.
Traffic Paint
Traffic paint provides high-visibility lane markings and safety symbols for roads and airfields. Our formulations meet federal specifications for reflectivity and abrasion resistance. Available in fast-drying options for minimal disruption during application.
Cementitious Waterproofing
Cementitious waterproofing creates impermeable barriers for basements and foundations. Using Vandex products, we deliver crystalline technology that reacts with water to seal concrete pores. This method ensures long-term protection against moisture ingress in below-grade structures.

My neighbor hired a contractor to apply the Somay products on his barrel tile roof. He also applied a coat of anti mildew sealer. I watched his roof through two hurricanes over seven years. It looked brand new. I had a couple of leaks repaired and my roof was starting to go so I applied the Somay to my roof. It took me 5 days. Other than the hot sun and the terror of being on my two story house the job went very easily.
I was very satisfied with the results. 5 years later the roof still looks new and I haven't had any leaks. I will use this product again. I think I saved about 25,000 dollars by not replacing my roof.

Im deeply disappointed with the lack of Somay support. We already applied 3 coats in our kitchen, spent more than USD 3000 and it still leaks. You promissed to stand to your warranty, but you dont. It does not really work. Better to replace your ceiling. I will post my review on the social networks and youtube.
