In their initial years, Ettel & Franz was known for its arty fabrication of sheet metal and copper. True to our beginnings, Ettel & Franz is an organization built on superior craftsmanship and skill. Having been part of the roofing industry for over 100 years, we have learned the best techniques and methods to build and maintain roofs.

Report
First, we determine the life expectancy of the roof. We do this by inspecting the roof, looking for deterioration of base flashings, blisters, bare spots in the roof's field, and judging the roof's overall condition. We may need to take a test cut off the roof to diagnose the roofing system currently in place.
