I highly recommend Latite roofing. I received a letter from my homeowner's insurance stating that I needed to repair broken tiles on my roof or they would cancel the policy on 7/19/2021. I immediately started calling different roofing companies. Many companies didn't answer or never showed up to the appointment. Two of them actually told me they couldn't fit me in their schedules for a few weeks.

When I called Latite Miriam answered the phone, gave me a rough estimate of the work to be done and scheduled an appointment a few days out. Their installer Serafin came out and told me that additional tiles were broken so I got a new quote from the Office manager Laura. Laura gave me a great quote on the additional work to be done and scheduled another appointment a week later. The entire time Miriam and Laura kept in touch with via email. Latite roofing provides excellent work and excellent customer service. Give them a call.

They put a failed roof on my home. I have had major water leaks and intrusion ever since they tore down my old roof in feb of 2018. Now they try to skimp on repairing and continue to make my damage worse. Leaks in almost every room. Cracking ceilings and walls during rains. Still they can't just get it right. They pay these workers to pounce around my roof all day and won't let the competent workers do what's necessary.

Tear down the roof and put one on correctly. Probably would be less costly to them. They care even less about the effects the damage has on the person living in leaky, moist, moldy home suffering physically and mentally. They have no heart. Most ruthless business ever that has done work for me. It's all coming from the Top. Upper management. Send a contractor out to assess and direct the workers and get it right the first time. They operate my trial and error. For my home it's been all error. I just wish someone in this company on Top cared.

This was a very good experience for me. I highly recommend this company. I've lived in my home for 20 years and I must say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with contractors on a home project. This company was professional on every level from the time I was quoted to their final inspection. When there were any delays there was communication and they did a good job managing my expectations. I got six quotes on reroofing my house and they provided the best value.
