Services
Built-Up Roofing
Our built-up roofing (BUR) systems combine multiple layers of bitumen and ply sheets for exceptional durability in commercial applications. This time-tested solution provides excellent waterproofing protection while accommodating thermal expansion and contraction. Ideal for low-slope roofs requiring long-term performance with minimal maintenance requirements.
Elastomeric Coatings
Elastomeric roof coatings create a seamless, reflective membrane that extends roof life while improving energy efficiency. Our fluid-applied systems form a watertight barrier that resists UV degradation and accommodates structural movement. Perfect for restoring aging roofs without complete replacement.
Metal Standing Seam
Custom metal standing seam systems offer superior longevity and weather resistance for commercial properties. Our precision-engineered panels feature concealed fasteners and interlocking seams that prevent water infiltration while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Ideal for both new construction and re-roofing projects.
Roofing Maintenance
Our comprehensive maintenance programs include regular inspections and proactive repairs to maximize roof lifespan. Scheduled service helps identify potential issues before they become emergencies, reducing long-term costs while maintaining warranty compliance through documented preventive care.
Emergency Repairs
We provide rapid-response emergency repair services for urgent roof failures. Our trained crews maintain readiness to address leaks, storm damage, and system failures at any hour. Quick mobilization minimizes property damage and operational downtime with temporary stabilization followed by permanent solutions.
