The quote came back and the items we talked about were not all included in the quote. So I said I wasn't comfortable with that since the quote just said Everything we talked about. Finally they got back to me and included one of the items that we talked about but they also raised the price. Beware everything we talked about is only the items listed. My initial review was a 5 but now just a One. Lesson learned.

What a bad person and unprofessional working in this company. The woman who picked up the for the estimate replacing my roof of1.5 million house. She was arrogant, unfriendly and kept asking if I was the owner. It's stupid to have a front line who present tye company. Should never start business with this company. I know why they have 3 stars reviews. It said enough about this company! Never come back this company! She seems does the roof for freaking FREE!

DO NOT USE GUARDIAN ROOFING. Admittedly, I'm pissed.but rightfully so. I paid Guardian Roofing 21K to replace my roof and install wooden slats in my attic. Not only did they NOT "complete" the job, ultimately leaving mold and the roof damaged (which was the entire reason I paid them for their services), but they just "conveniently" forgot to install any of the attic storage slats we had paid them EXTRA for.
Please look at these pictures. They left mold in my attic. How would you feel if you paid this much money to have to deal with this?!@ Also, I want to note, that this is after they had 3 separate people come out to my home and tell me their job is "done". DO NOT USE Services: Roof damage repair, Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof repair, Attic venting installation, Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation, Attic venting repairs, Gutter cleaning

From start to finish my roof/gutter clean was amazing, easy to schedule and received plenty of information on what to expect. Gustavo introduced himself on my Ring doorbell to let me know he was working and when he was done. My roof looks great and everything was cleaned up so well after the job was done.
