Had scheduled them to pick up left over tile from a job they confirmed they would pick it up and just blew it off a week after they were supposed to pick it up.

I've been going to RWC for years. Their prices are more than competitive when you're a contractor in the business. The staff is more than willing to assist and help you meet your needs and goals. I frequent the Scottsdale branch which is located near my customers and the staff are all Great! Sorry to hear of the passing of Harley! His vigor for perfection will be missed!

This place is a rip off. Rude counter person. Trying to buy 60 roof tiles and they charge $518.00 But if I purchased a pallet of 270 tiles it's $580.00. Once I set up an account the same 60 tiles is $150.00. That feeling when you're getting screwed but you need the tiles now.

I came to this place in search of concrete tiles to match my twenty year old roof. I brought in a sample into the office and they quickly identified the manufacturer, style and color no. Next a field rep drove me around in their cart to match the tile to their inventory of random lots. I was thrilled to find a pallet to select the pieces I needed, and they were in great shape. A perfectly successful venture and the facility is large and well laid out professionally. It will be my first go to next time and I recommend everyone to give them your support.

A well oiled business. Knowledgeable employees showing a willingness to assist. The property though enormous was amazingly clean. Prices are competitive with the industry, but the difference is you'll more than likely find everything you need to build in this place of business. Quick, efficient and well run operation. Bring your picture and most likely it can be found.
