I hired Gryphon for a complete roof replacement. The workers showed up on time and completed the tile roofing all in one day. They forgot to replace my porch roof and delayed the process by a couple of days. The work was done very well. However, there was no communication from start to finish, including not following up for a final inspection until a week after completion. I asked for the project manager to share updates and their findings, but this never happened.
I met with a gentleman for the first time yesterday to go over the work, discuss some of my findings, and I received their invoice and pictures today. This would be a 5-star if there was clear communication from start to finish.
