They take advantage of emergency situations. $475.00 just for them to show up. For roof repairs. Very expensive.

Stay away from this company. They got over $70,000 from us and could careless about the care, quality, or their customer. This is the quality work you will get if the work isn't done by Jim Shae. Tom could care less and his joke of a project manager is worthless - his name is useless Jack.

I would advise everyone to read their contract thoroughly as they have many out clauses to charge you additional money in extras. I would also question Toms comments when he states this is a code requirement. He is rather reckless with the truth. I would not refer to any of my clients.

Tom was the sales person his pitch was "old man Yancey" has been in the business for years. Well he will bid your new roof job lower than competition the add 40% plus during the reroof job. He is very dramatic about repairs and will up charge you for every little item. My bid was $19,000 And change originally ended up almost $27000.00 for a 1400 sq foot home with an existing roof that was 20 years old.
He will advertise free insulation and will charge you for the insulation an extra $3,300. He needs to be reminded it was advertised as free but then will overcharge for something else! He also states that the property will be left in better condition however my tenants sent photos of nails and debris left by the workers. Dangerous for their young children. I could never suggest you use this roofing company.
