Services
Roof Repair
We specialize in identifying and repairing roof leaks, dry rot, and storm damage. Our team uses advanced diagnostic techniques to address underlying issues, preventing future water intrusion. Clients benefit from durable repairs that restore structural integrity while extending the lifespan of existing roofs.
Flat Roofing
Our flat roofing solutions utilize PVC membrane systems for superior waterproofing. Hot-air welded seams and durable materials create leak-proof installations ideal for commercial buildings and low-slope residential roofs. White reflective surfaces reduce energy costs while maintaining cool roof temperatures.
Commercial Roofing
We install and maintain commercial roofing systems with focus on membrane solutions. Services include seamless gutter integration, ventilation optimization, and solar-ready preparations. Our expertise ensures compliance with commercial building codes while prioritizing long-term durability and energy efficiency.
Shingle Roofing
Offering premium composition shingle installations using brands like Malarkey and GAF. We provide options ranging from standard 25-year shingles to lifetime warranty products. Our team ensures proper ventilation and drainage integration for maximum performance in Northern California climates.
Insulation Installation
We enhance building energy efficiency through professional insulation installation. Services include adding radiant barriers and upgrading existing insulation systems. Properly installed insulation reduces heating/cooling costs while improving overall roof system performance and indoor comfort levels.

Melick roofing did a great job. Judy in the office is awesome, she always retuned my calls and texts. I was going to do the roof myself and couldn't get anywhere with the state inspection office. Judy was able to work miracles. The installation crew was clean, efficient and answered all my concerns. They even covered my roof when there was a slight chance of rain. I can't say enough about Melick roofing.

I should have written this review earlier, but perhaps with the passage of time I can even provide a better review and positive testimonial to Art Melick and his installation of our flat roof! I was referred to Art as the best in the business and had him replace an aging flat roof that was part of an addition tied into our existing asphalt roof. We were very concerned about the potential for "leaks" due to the remodel; Art did a terrific job!
He stands by his workmanship and that is a rarity these days! I cannot praise and recommend him enough! So many rainy seasons have passed and the roof remains solid and perfect! Sorry for the tardiness in my review. If you are seeking quality and responsible roofer, call Art!

Art Melick and his crew did a great job on our flat roof! Everyone in the process, from the estimating, to the tear off, to the reconstruction, was helpful, friendly, and very professional. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and I appreciated the attention to detail, making sure everything that needed to be addressed was done right. Judy in the front office is very nice to work with as well. We are happy with the completed work!
