Questions
What factors determine roof replacement costs?
Costs depend on roof size, material selection, pitch complexity, and required structural repairs. We provide transparent estimates after inspecting these factors during free consultations.
How do I identify roof damage after monsoons?
Look for missing/cracked shingles, granules in gutters, interior water stains, and sagging areas. Schedule professional inspections if you notice any of these signs post-storm.
What maintenance extends roof lifespan?
Biannual inspections, gutter cleaning, and prompt leak repairs maximize longevity. We recommend pre/post-monsoon checks in Arizona and post-snow season assessments in Utah.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, we assist with documentation and adjuster coordination for storm damage claims, ensuring proper compensation for necessary repairs or replacements.
What warranties do you offer?
We provide material manufacturer warranties plus 5-10 year workmanship guarantees. Extended warranty options available for premium materials and commercial installations.
Can you install energy-efficient roofs?
Yes, we offer cool roofing materials with high solar reflectance that reduce cooling costs by up to 20% in Arizona's climate.

I contacted them to have both mine and my neighbors flat area above the garage coated and to replace my neighbors 2 cement shingles. Shane came out, took pictures and said the areas didn't need to be coated and he slid her 2 shingles plus 2 of mine back in place. I was very grateful for his honesty! When I do need a roofer, I will definitely use them. Thank you!
