Chris's Roofing installed our Roof in 2016 after the huge hailstorm. In December 2021, we had a few shingles that blew off. I called Chris to come inspect and asked him if I have to call the insurance, he said there is no need. He did not tell me upfront that wind damage is not covered, ( even though it is just a few shingles) but he kept postponing. BTW, when our Roof was installed in 2016, there was nails and Roof Debris all around the house and this Debris fell inside our A/C unit also. To this day, I still find nails!
