Not that I get much response from these, I like to put it out there in internet cyberspace. This is from our last job in Melbourne Beach, The amount of wood work can be directly related to the double layer of shingles on this 40 year old home. It had the original roof and one additional layer of shingles. It leaked so badly, the eaves were all damaged. We also replaced the original fascia and soffit with new white fascia and soffit.
