Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Listen we can discuss this now or we can discuss it in court. The new roof ridge vent is not secure, this was brought to your attention after it was installed. However you have failed to make the necessary changes.

Really bad, unprofessional, rude company. I had this company come to my home for an estimate. The associate was beyond rude, borderline insulting. They drove into my yard, really damaging my grass and property while my paved driveway was completely empty. They asked to see the inside of my house (no roofing company I've used in the past has needed to see the inside of my home). I did not get the estimate on the spot, then when i called a week later, they were again very rude and hung the phone up on me without the estimate. The entire experience was a waste of time, and worse yet, I now need to repair my lawn. Wish I could give zero, or negative stars.
