Roof Replacement
Our roof replacement service addresses aged or severely damaged roofs with complete tear-off and installation of premium Owens Corning materials. We specialize in asphalt shingle replacements with architectural options lasting 20-30 years. The process includes proper ventilation installation and gutter system evaluation to prevent future issues. Our team completes most residential replacements within one day while maintaining strict safety standards.
Roof Repair
We provide comprehensive roof repair solutions for leaks, storm damage, and wear-related issues. Services include shingle replacement, flashing repair, and chimney leak fixes using manufacturer-certified materials. Our technicians identify root causes rather than temporary fixes, offering 3-year warranties on all repair work. Emergency services prioritize same-day leak mitigation to prevent interior damage.
Storm Damage
Specialized storm damage services address hail, wind, and tree-related roof destruction. Our certified inspectors document damage for insurance claims and coordinate with adjusters to maximize coverage. We implement permanent repairs using impact-resistant materials and offer expedited 24-hour service during severe weather seasons to protect properties from further exposure.
Hip Roofs
We specialize in hip roof installations and repairs featuring four sloped sides for enhanced wind resistance. Our team ensures proper ridge cap installation and valley flashing to prevent leaks in these complex systems. Maintenance services focus on preserving structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic appeal through premium architectural shingles.
Gable Roofs
Our gable roof expertise covers installation, repair, and cricket system integration for improved water diversion. We reinforce structural stability in these inverted-V designs while addressing common issues like blown-off shingles and water infiltration at the ridge line. Questions
What should I look for in a qualified roofer?
Verify business longevity, check BBB accreditation, review insurance documentation, and examine warranties offered. Pearson Family Roofing provides free estimates and maintains an A+ BBB rating with 39 years of local experience.
Can you repair part of a roof?
Partial repairs work for localized damage like missing shingles or flashing issues. Our inspectors assess roof age and overall condition to recommend repairs versus full replacement for cost-effectiveness.
Is roof replacement better than repairs?
Replacement becomes preferable when roofs exceed 20 years old or have extensive damage. We evaluate each situation to determine whether repairs provide temporary fixes or replacement offers long-term value.
What financing options exist for roof replacements?
We offer flexible financing plans with approved credit to make necessary replacements affordable without requiring upfront payments until project completion.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements complete within one day. Larger commercial projects or complex roof designs may require additional days based on specific requirements.

Wanted to say I was very impressed with the simple process of working with this company and Steve Powers' team - namely the speed of the job itself (4ish hours in total for a complete roof replacement). Not only this, but the professionalism, experience, and patience with the HOA/scheduling in the process leading up to it was top notch.

I have used Roofing by Stacy Pearson, Inc. for roof repair and installation of entire new roof following major storms. Their work was excellent, timely and really worked hard with insurance to have them recalculate the square footage which they had shorted. I did not have to lift a finger. They also do an excellent clean up following their work.

I highly recoomend Roofing by Stacy Pearson. Great experience and quality work. I had a whole roof replacement. Stacy is very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. He paid attention to details like painting the attic vents and chimney flashing to match the roof and using a colored metal edging. The work was done as scheuled and on time. The crew were experienced and cleaned up well. Stacy also worked directly and helped navigate things with the insurance company.
