Certified Home Remodelers are a very professional company. Installation of the sliding glass door was done in less than a day. My porch and apartment were left immaculately clean. They even rolled up my rug and took down the vertical blind, then reinstalled everything when they were done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for home remodeling work.

It's a pleasure to write another glowing review for Brad Jessup and Certified Home Remodelers. Brad helped us make our home flexible and functional to meet our goal of aging in place. He helped us enlarge a half bath, transform unused space into beautiful, tranquil areas, and allow us to enjoy our home even more! I always appreciate Brad's professionalism, his way of explaining processes and his invaluable knowledge about how materials perform. If there's ever an issue (rare), Brad fixes it well. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Well, in addition to the review below, I just had new doors installed October 2025. My front door and a side and storm door in my basement. I am extremely pleased. It was a difficult job since nothing in my house is level! But the guys did a great job getting everything set up level and then did the trim to make it look good. They were here on time, cleaned up everything after themselves and even took off the old hardware for me. They had a can-do attitude -- helpful and respectful. Already I can tell a difference with the new front door -- it's so much quieter and no drafts! I imagine it will make a huge difference in my heating bill this winter. I highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers!

Here was my original review...I had an extensive amount of work done. I had new siding, roof, windows and garage door installed in 2021. As part of the project, I also had aluminum awnings that were removed and reinstalled after I cleaned and repainted them. One was an oversize wrap-around awning for the porch that could not be re-installed, but they rebuilt into a usable awning covering the one side of the porch. I like that even better! They worked around my schedule and coordinated all the various contractors doing each part of the work. The workers were outstanding. Friendly, helpful, dependable, considerate (cleaned up after themselves) and did a great job! I selected them to do the work on my home based on a recommendation from a friend who previously had work done on her house.

Brad and his team did an amazing job with our home installing new siding. The process of getting new siding started in the spring were Brad came out and gave us an estimate on our home. Brad was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns with starting a project this large. Brad was very patient until we got all our financing and started the project this fall. Crews came, took off all the old, installed fresh paper on the home, flashed all pipes exiting the home and replaced a couple sheets of OSB the was damaged all in a week! The crew did amazing job with the install, caulking, clean up, I mean truly impressed me and I wish I could use these guys for my jobsite!! I highly recommend Brad and his team for any home project! If you want a local business that takes time to answer all your questions and make sure your home project is done right with care and attention to detail, then Certified Home Remodelers is who you want!

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with Certified Home Remodelers which included new cabinets and counter tops, flooring, lighting, and the removal of a half-wall. Brad is clearly very selective about who he brings onto a job and the quality of the products he sells; his subcontractors were reliable and did quality work and our new Schrock cabinets are solid and well built.

We had hail damage to our roof and siding. Brad worked directly with our insurance company and made sure everything was covered. His crews were fantastic, very courteous. When they left all we had was a perfect new roof and beautiful siding with no mess.

I recently contracted with Certified Home Remodelers, Inc. for a multi-day 12 window replacement project. The installation team were courteous, tidy, and professional. I recently ordered 18 replacement windows for my residence from Certified Home Remodelers. I saw the quality of the work they performed on a neighbor's house and didn't hesitate to trust them with my order. Owner Brad walked me through my options and together we created a mixture of double and triple pane windows based on the sun exposure of each room. I wanted good energy performance ratings within my budget and Brad made it happen. My biggest take-away is there were no surprises throughout the process. The order was placed on time, the measurements were taken as scheduled, the windows arrived within six weeks as promised and installation was flawless thanks to the meticulous crew. If you want to hire an experienced, no-nonsense, reliable remodeling company, this is the place to go.

Initially we called Brad Jessup of Certified Home Remodelers to come in to discuss remodeling our outdated kitchen. However, our primary bathroom began leaking, even before we could get info about our kitchen redo! Brad was going out of town, but fit us in his busy schedule to take a look at the problem. Based on the issues he saw, he strongly recommended the bathroom take priority. The costs were in line with other contractors, but it was talking about his long career in the business and suggestions about a total renovation that convinced us to have Certified Home Remodelers do the work.

The renovation had its issues because our bathroom was a previous homeowner's or contractor's sloppy work, or perhaps it wasn't code for certain things when it was built. Fortunately, the team of specialists Brad always uses (plumbers, carpenter, flooring, window replacement, etc.) were all great, and spent the extra time fixing the old problems, a few being serious problems.
In fact, as disruptive as it is for a homeowner to have workers coming in and out of the house, without exception the guys Brad hires for these jobs are top-notch, friendly, respectful, professional, and all-around great guys who kept us informed daily with their work plans and schedule. We really appreciated that.

We had Certified Home Remodels basically re-do the outside of our home including new windows, siding, shutters, soffit and gutters. I have used Brads company, Certified Home Remodelers, since the early 2000s. I have purchased vinyl windows, all types of doors (patio, entry and garage), vinyl siding, window shutters, roofs, and a new bathroom from his company to name a few things. My son has also purchased vinyl windows, doors, a roof, a new kitchen, and a new deck from him. The work done on our homes has always been nothing but excellent. His installer, Neil, is the best. He also gives fair, honest prices. I would never call another company to do my work, only Certified Home Remodelers.

Certified Home Remodelers replaced all of the led base painted windows in our home when we moved in. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. The windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient. The company was easy to work with, very professional and the pricing was reasonable. Brad worked with us when we had a major house fire in 2020, right before covid. He represented us when dealing with the insurance company and did a great job navigating all of the complicated issues that come up with insurance coverage. We decided to tear the house down and rebuild due to the extent of the damage. Brad was very attentive and detailed oriented the entire build. I would say he was more attentive to the details than we were. House turned out great and has been perfect since move it day in 2022. His attention to detail really showed when a few months after move in day, I noticed he used glossy paint in the bathroom and kitchen. Most builders spray the whole house and don't worry about these little details. I would highly recommend his company!

I contracted with Certified Home Remodelers on several home improvement jobs (new deck, windows and vinyl siding). Workers showed up each day, on time, and put in a full days work. Brad Jessup and his company were fantastic! We finally decided to replace the cedar-siding on our house with a more durable, synthetic siding. This company did an office addition, and had to deal with the City, who was more demanding, than it used to be, costing more money. But, this company got through it. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They still have to repair the yard, due to truck tires, groves,etc. But, the process by this company is easy ,w/ few headaches, which I appreciated. The subs were trustworthy in my home, & got right to work with little down time.The additon took much longer than I anticipated, but winter weather created issues. I am considering hiring them again for a different project.
